Nothing from the GWG yet, got em in the clone dome in flora flex. Probably gonna do another round of aloe tech soon, as I am loosing faith in the GWG even though they did pop tails. Would think I wouldve seen signs of life by now.
Current run of flowers is finishing up nicely. Going on week 10 from 12/12 and the waiting is the hardest part.
Tried to press a temple ball with some of the BMG hash I’ve had in the freezer. It’s weird, out of the jar at room temp it was gooey and stretchy, like taffy. It was a powder when I took it out of the freezer, taffy after I let it come to room temp, then I did bottle tech to press it, and it turned into a silky tan powder. Weird.

Right at 11 weeks on all these.
Pretty sure the spirit train f2 is done now; pistils receded, some purplish fade, bananas. Only waiting to see more cloudy/amber trichomes.
Took the spirit train f2 down. 78 days on 12/12. A very compact and tidy plant. Nice dense nugs, the smells are complex and evolving, got a peppery spicy thing going on, no idea what the cured smoke will taste like. Dry room is right at 61 degrees and 60% according to my cheapo thermometer thing.
Went ahead and took the Lebowskies down. Went to 82 days. Nice vigorous plants with some hefty buds.
Had some leaf damage from what I thought was isopods, but maybe this guy and his friends had something to do with it?
Saw 2 while I was trimming fan leaves.Lesson of the week. Bud mold sucks. Magnification is essential. Had to throw some of the nicest looking colas from this round into the freezer for ethanol extraction. I’ll cut away as much as I can and make green dragon tincture.
Will have to do a thorough reset/cleaning and work on keeping RH lower and temps higher especially later in flower. While trimming I found that isopods had crawled up into the buds, I really am not a fan of those little fuckers. I also have some other insect pest too, so will be taking measures to get that in check as well.
Took the Quicksilver to 89 days maybe could have gone longer, but with all the issues I am having I felt like they needed to come down.
Probably wise to do so, especially if you have had mould spores dispersing in there.
Ok, it has been a minute since I’ve posted an update. I went ahead and cleaned up the flower room, reset my blumat carrots, and spread some cover crop mix.
Tried to pop some more from the Snowhigh stash, with no success, and moved on to some stuff that I knew would get up a going quickly. I popped one of the Oregon CBD super seeds I got, it is a triploid sterile female, that I’m going to use for making tinctures. Also trying out an accidental cross of (Big Mountain Gold x Black Triangle f2) so that should be interesting, amongst other things. We’ll see what actually comes up and grows before I say too much here. Haha.
Which of the Snowhigh did you have germ issues with?
I bought a bunch of discounted packs a year or so ago and was told they would be difficult to germinate. I did get a few to sprout and they’ve made some nice flowers.
New prospects. Looks like a lot of my gear is starting to fall off germination wise though. I’ll leave em be for a few more days and see if anything else comes up.

Ok, I’ve got several contenders for the next flower run. Some Sour Bluetooth from @Indoornesian, Forum Stomper autofem f2s, Black Triangle, a BMG cross of some sort(Black Triangle I think), a triploid Sour Special Sauce from Oregon CBD, and some scraggly Quicksilver clones.
Added 2 cups of ground malted barley to each bed, and am gonna build a frame for scrogging the plants that I end up flowering. I will add some things as I go along maybe some ewc for veg and build a bloom in flower but gonna keep it light unless any deficiencies show.
As for pests, just gonna keep scouting and removing pill bugs, and will probably do a preventative spray or two through veg.
I’ll post some pics of the babies soon.

Ok, everyone seemed like they were starting to get hungry so I gave them some builabloom and some plant probiotics. Hoping that will keep them going till I make time to up pot them.
Took some QS cuttings and put them in some fresh blended aloe water with some rootwise to soak overnight, then I’ll rinse them and put them in pucks tomorrow. Also transplanted the SSS into it’s forever home and watered it in with the leftover aloe/rootwise.
Up potted some unhappy looking seedlings and have some QS cuttings in the dome. Watered the transplants with fresh aloe, coco, rootwise, buildabloom, and tm7. Hopefully they start cheering up.
Glad to report that after a few days, the up potting and TLC has turned things around for these guys. Now I just need to get my QS cuts to pull through.
The extract is very green or burgundy and green depending on the lighting/angle you look at it. Could be the tint of the glass optically mixing with the green? The liquid is definitely green. Weird.
