$250-320 is a lot of money for a pack of seeds. But yeah this is what I’m noticing, the demand for this strain is way up and the supply is way down. If you guys have the ability to preserve original Goji OG, seems like a no brainer to me.
The reason I asked which Goji cross is most similar to the original, is because I was considering pheno hunting until i find one that is very much like the mum (original goji). I figured that would be good enough but, a purist or a connosieur would probably beg to differ. Glad to hear that lots of people still have original Goji

I may have misspoke. I have made seeds from the original pack…are those F1’s or F’2s? Either way I have at least a half a pack of Bodhi originals.

Hey @50State what would be the flower time range from flip on your Orange Goji? Mine just passed 8 weeks but look like they could go a ways yet.

Most people are running them to 10 weeks but I’d say 9 to 10 weeks. What temps are you running in your bloom area? Those buds are super frosty but look the bud shape reminds me of growing in a cold room.

In the daytime it runs 24-26 and night it drops sometimes to 16. Also been struggling with some PH issues this run and probably had a lockout for a bit.
Good I should have a couple weeks left on her then.

I can attest to that. Half of my current grow did that. When the limbs dry it’s pitiful. Leaves are all covered in trichs but no fower to speak of. I had about half of the plants do better but still, smaller buds and yield because of the environment and cold roots.

I have another similar, but different question. Does anybody have an opinion on which Gogi cross is the best substitute for the original, like as alternative medicine to the original? I never tried original Gogi OG but going by the reviews, it sounds like it’s a clear headed, sativa dominant functional medicine with average to above average potency.
I feel like the 88g13hp and OMG males might push the medicine too far into the realm of indica? despite reports that especially the HP male let’s the mother shine thru. I love a hard indica buzz but from what I understand that’s not what original goji is.
The soul mate (pinesol x Wookie) gets really good reviews, I’d be interested in that if it’s still a functional ‘up’ medicine, wouldn’t mind if potency or funkiness exceeds that of the original.
Also there’s two variations of Goji x strawberry milk, I have no idea what that would be like. Also happy to take advice if somebody thinks one of Bodhis other strains might better suit my needs, thanks

@50State, finally was able to do an adjustment as I had the lights as high as they could go and now got a couple more inches of space so I think the Orange Goji should like the extra distance.
One more week I’m thinking.

I have kept a cut of Original Goji OG for years. Great example of a big yielding og smelling totem pole maker of infinite delight, she has gone over 1 pound cured in one of my Octopots. I would make seeds with her had I a good pollen donor.
@50State Orange Goji is better in my opinion than straight up Goji. More nuanced flavors, killer high, great yields. My OHGA, Amnesia Haze X Orange Goji is better too, in my opinion. Both add in more body than real OG has, and have better smells.
