Is there a reason you use 2/3 aeration? Thats a lot. I use 1/3 aeration and too me that still seems like a lot! How far away were the seedlings from led? The cups being clear could cause stunted growth. And also seeing as they are autos they shouldnt be transplanted untill you have grown many and know you can TP without stress. Breakout the bag of roots bro.
