At that stage in flower the controls are limited. I want to name an insecticide, but I dont want the OP to get any ideas because of its systemic nature and its more or less for agriculture use. But you can get eradication with professional strength products.

I would try to drive them away with a cilantro, rosemary or garlic spray. (either not all) It works with smell and won’t hurt you. It just makes the bugs not want to be there. If you sprayed every three or four days. Then waited three or four days before harvest, and sprayed water the morning of harvest, then let the fans and lights dry everything for a few hours before harvesting. It should be fine. If you have money to chop and try again that would be recommended the most, but that is expensive and everybody can’t do that.
