Most places won’t send here or if they do it’s a gamble if the seeds will make it without getting nabbed. Landed smoke trails, biker v2, acid dawg and chem tini but I had a buddy order for the both of us. Everything came in breeder packs which is nice. Took about 2 weeks from point of sale to landing in moncton. The arrangement I had with my friend saw him getting the freebies so not sure what came in that way, I’ll have to ask.
This is my first karma order
 and overseas order since attitude burned me for 3K a few years ago. So it was a huge relief to get those in hand.

I was disappointed to find that in the order I placed for one of the buy one get one sales, the bodhi freebie watermelon nepali x everything that I selected was not included.

When I checked out it showed that there was only one watermelon x everything left, but it was in my cart when I checked out. My order confirmation on the website showed the watermelon nepali x everything. But after opening the box and finding it was not included, I see that the confirmation emails only show kali mist x everything.

They didn’t tell me that it was out of stock after the order went through, and didn’t include a different bodhi freebie as a substitute. I should have gotten 2 bodhi freebies with the amount of money I spent on that order. Maybe they included another glg bad dawg freebie because there were several of those, but they didn’t notify me that the bodhi freebie I selected with my order wasn’t included.

I get that this stuff happens when a freebie is in low stock and a lot of people are checking out at the same time, but they really need to notify the customer if this happens.

When they call the sale buy one get one, that’s kind of different than just having a freebie missing. I bought one, I didn’t get one. bad deal. they should have gotten in touch, or at least substituted a different bodhi pack for the freebie that went out of stock. or maybe offered a discount on the order because you’re not getting the value of a buy-one-get-one promotion on the money you spent.

At this point that freebie is long gone. This was my order from the black friday sale, and I just opened it up today and found out I didn’t get everything I ordered.

They have fine print on the checkout page that says that buyers are responsible to make sure that they get all the freebies they are entitled to with their order. So I doubt I can expect anything at this point. As far as they are concerned, it’s not their responsibility if it’s a bogo sale and I only get one freebie even though I bought two packs.

I could have caught this if I had really scoured the confirmation emails and realized they were different than the order it showed on the website after I checked out, but without any notification about it from glg, I just didn’t notice.

It would have been better if I could have opened it right away when it arrived, I would have found out I didn’t get everything I ordered. I sent it to my safe address (which receive mail for me because I’m disabled), and unfortunately they couldn’t bring it over and open it up for me until now (I’m not strong enough to get into those double-taped flat rate boxes).

GLG really should have sent a notification or offer a chance to substitute to get my moneys worth from the sale, but it’s possible they didn’t know I had selected it. It seems like it went out of stock between me placing the order and getting the email order confirmation.

If they see this and want to help me out, they can get in touch. They’re a sponsor here.

They could have done better with their customer service, but with that fine print to cover an out of stock freebie, and being more than one month after I placed the order
 they don’t really have any obligation here.

2 big purple twins are still going. Had 2 more was still showing clear and cloudy and pulled them at 9 weeks. One no recent pics. Nice colors, smaller side and hybrid looking in Structure.

Other is a hairy girl with nice size. Didn’t want mold to set in so she got the chop.

Dave doesn’t give a shit about fixing freebies for orders, I’ve talked with him a couple times nolw and the won’t care that you get robbed of your free packs, like yesterday I ordered some bohdi and doc d gear and the amount I spent was supposed to come with a mango hasplant f2 but they were out so I asked if I could get another bohdi pack as a replacement and he said no your order already comes with a bohdi freebie that you already chose.

Just wanted to update on the missing nepali watermelon hashplant x everything freebie,

It turns out it is actually shown on my order, and still wasn’t included.
I just missed it when I looked through my emails because they misspelled it as “napali” on my order confirmation.

Not sure why I didn’t get this, it was in stock at the time and reflected on my order confirmations.

That nepali watermelon hashplant x everything was just something I had been looking for a long time since bodhi posted about it years ago.

If it’s gone, then no worries. This was an order from last summer, I should have caught the mistake before I went to pop those seeds.

I did get in touch for customer service on this order when it arrived. In the same order one of the packs was wrong, a different strain with a very similar name, and you guys replaced it with the right one. So thanks for that customer service.

You told me to keep the pack that was sent by mistake, which was a very nice gesture, and probably makes up for the missing freebie.

Every order I placed since then has been correct and shipped promptly, I only had stuff missing from that one order. Thanks.

Hello, this is Dragboat.
Please send me your order number and I will check into this. For openers Dave does not make the decisions about if you were to receive a different freebie, I would’ve done that. Dave may have sent you the message.
And I receive a ton of emails thanking Dave for straightening things out for them.

So I have a feeling there’s something not quite right with this story.
And I honestly do not recall Mango hash plant being a freebie, definitely not in the last six months or a year.
And when you say you spent enough to get the mango. You would get a Bodhi freebie by buying two packs. Unless it was a buy one, get one free Promo, then you would get one with one pack purchase. It does not have anything to do with the amount you spent on the overall order.

I really don’t understand you coming in here and making statements like this. You made an order on Black Friday and you don’t complain until January 28?
If I’m understanding you correctly, you did not even send me an email. And when you say we use fine print at check out. Here is a copy of that So-called fine print.

And in the second picture, you have to click on the box that says you have selected all your freebies. I don’t think we can make it any bigger or any planer.

When you received it. And you say that we sent you the wrong pack on Black Friday. But we not only sent you the right pack. But we let you keep the wrong pack.

This is a bad look for the GLG team.

You made an order on Black Friday and you don’t complain until January 28?

It’s pretty ironic because the duration of time between Black Friday and January 28th is approximately 2 months. The duration of time from January 28th when this complaint was first mentioned in a sponsors forum category until today when the first reply from the sponsor was made is slightly longer than 2 months. So it took y’all longer to field the complaint and still thought it prudent to mention timeframes in such a way? What a way to treat paying customers who articulate their complaints as thoughtfully as @zephyr has.

Additionally, I see the @Great_lakes_Genetics has posted over 30 separate comments here on the website promoting sales and new drops and such during that timeframe. It speaks volumes to me where the GLG team priorities are.

In this post you say you open the package
When you received it. And you say that we sent you the wrong pack on Black Friday. But we not only sent you the right pack. But we let you keep the wrong pack.

Sounds to me like there were at least two errors on that order. Sending a wrong pack and resending the proper pack without requiring return of the error sent pack isn’t “letting someone keep it”. To me it’s, “hey you don’t have to go out of your way to return something as insignificant as freebies that we mistakenly sent, we’ll sent the proper pack out.”

Y’all goofed at least twice on this order it seems and dude is still out the “Napali” watermelon Hashplant x everything which was probably a pretty significant aspect of making that order in the first place. Perhaps if the spelling was correct in their email invoice the member wouldn’t have confused you. It’s understandable that one of the multiple errors got forgotten about for 2 months across the busiest holiday season of the year.

Just an update, Napali Watermelon HP (Bodhi spelling ) x Everything was dropped in July and was sold out in August. So it was not an option on your order on Black Friday. Is it possibly from an order in the summer?
