I’ve been experimenting with these tomato cages. The legs slide down inside the fabric pot so it remains a single unit without yoyos or a net getting in the way. I can spin the pot around to get to the far side of the plant, or pull the entire Octopot out of the tent. I definitely haven’t perfected the technique, but I’m encouraged to keep trying.

I do like how those look and would imagine would work pretty well. Thanks for the advice did you put the poles on during planting

Those two are Saints Crossing from Bodhi Seeds.
They were grown from seed in a Solo cup, then transferred to the Octopot. I don’t recall if I set up the cages at the same time or a week later, but definitely before the roots hit the reservoir.

Yeah I think the mini you have are going to work out. The 6 gal octo with plant is a pain to move and they hold alot of soil. I gotta figure out how to store and recycle mine. I have just been putting it in the beds around the house after each grow. Now the soil washed out and I have a shit load of perlite sitting on top of all the beds lol. When I bought my ac Evo light it was between it and the migro how your light doing? The only reason I didn’t was cause the ac Infinity had the new Evo series Samsung diodes and the migro didn’t at the time

For sure the legend og definitely getting woody already. I have to go to the very end to get any flexibility. One thing I learned was a foliar 30 min before training helps a lot with the bending. Cap junky pretty easy to bend but she bushing out on her own pretty well.

Finally all 8 have roots in the res. And the growth the last couple days have been insane. Legend og needed some lst decided to try the plastic 90 degree plant trainer clips. At first I wasn’t to into to them but after messing around I think they do a good job. I did snap 3 or 5 branches lol tied them up and the didn’t miss a beat. Watching the res soon as I’m happy with the root development I’m flipping no way in hell can I do a four week veg. I’ll be at 14 days on Saturday and it already filling up.

A buddy of mine gifted me this set. Not sure why but I love the jacks bucket lol also has the zero nitrogen part a I figure I’ll try out.

Cleaned the garden up a bit today. Getting things ready for flower. The roots are there a 360 around the hydro wick. The cap junky growing in the rain science bag has the roots coming down through the bottom of the bag looks like stalagmites in cave. Not much info out there for the 0 12 16 part a jacks besides simply switching out in flower. Going to make up a gallon see where it at compare to the regular part a ec wise and starting using after the bloom formula.

I would say week 3 or 4. I’m going to look into it a bit more later. It will give me something to do while I’m with the in laws lol.

I looked at it for awhile and decided I wasn’t going to buy it cause I have plenty 5 12 26. Then received this so figure why not it a cool little set tho. I’ve never used the finish formula either will give her a go also

Yeah I’m not really expecting any drastic difference in either direction but we will see. it feels very similar to the 5 12 26 very dry I haven’t opened the bags yet but from shaking it around should dissolve easy.

I ended up running the 321 I already had made up a couple gals of solution I was using on the moms. Made a couple adjustments going try it out one more time. So far tho things seem better overall the plants seem healthier than my previous grow. Still need to get 202020 im wanting to use it on the moms currently using 321 at those number which the seem to enjoy.
