I enjoyed the 4 by 8 but this makes a lot better use of the space. Ready to get it running.

Next grow has been decided. Prepping now for the octos I’m going to let them get bigger before I transplant them. Going to break the room in right and let them go large. I’ll be running 4 lemon g, 1 Frankie, 1 FAF and 3 of my cross lemon widow. Excited to see how my cross performs I’ve grown it once as a mini plant but never full size. Should be in the octopots next Saturday should be a pretty fun run

Lemon widow a cross I made of lemon hash plant v2 x white widow. I started several seeds and this was the only female if I remember right it somewhere in my thread. I flowered out a small plant of it and it had strong lemon armpit funk to it. I’ve kept as a mother and it always stood out in the mother tent structure she smells of lemon in veg I think she going to be pretty nice. It about time I find out

It came about right at the same time I started getting elite clones so I put it to the side but Everytime she always looks better than the most the clones I have. She stronger, has better shape, easy to care for as a mother plants, double serration in the leafs some believe could indicate a stronger pheno idk but they are there. Time will tell but if it is I’ll send you one lol

The parents are lemon haze plant v2 x white widow and I picked the best male I could it had a strong lemon scent and tons of pollen sacs was pretty decent size. But I was trying to make f2 and did but also made this cross by accident. Didn’t have very many seeds and I only got this one female from them. But lemon hash plant parent are lemon g x 88g13hp so Im curious to see the similarities to the lemon g

About time for this run to begin. Getting the octo ready for transplanting now. Running nine 6 gal octopots in the new setup. I have some extra head space about a extra foot over the grow tent so im going to let them fill this room and go big. I placed the nine plants I’m growing into the grow room last week and so far it been operating awesome. We will see once this are larger but I’m having no issue controlling environment as of now

Are you transplanting those big plants into the Octopots ?

If so are you going to root prune first ?

I’m hoping to not need to. I started these in solo after cloning. Then transplanted them into the 10 inch deep 4 inch wide tree pot I believe what there called. Saturday will be 2 weeks since I transplanted but there is a lot of roots hanging out the bottom holes. Filling the octopot with soil tonight I got half of them done. I have a extra tree pot I fill with soil and place in the center Of the octo and fill n pack around once full I pull out and with slide the plants into hole like a plug similar to turbo cup but a deeper cup. You can probly judge the size easier besides the full octo. There 24 25 inch pot included

Happy Easter OG! Hope everyone has a great day. I’m brewing up some tea for the initial octopot planting I may get to it tonight if not I’m transplanting in the morning. Going to top water with 1 to 1 1/2 gallon o nof tea at transplant very slowly to keep from goin all the way to the res. I figure it should be able to hold that much water in the soil. Then I’ll fill the octo res to just before the first mark with 2 gallons. My original plan was to be smoking this run on July 4th but I’ve decided I’m taking it slow going to try and give this run my best and see where I’m at. So far I’m loving the new setup SO much easier to move around and the extra space is really nice.

They seem extremely healthy and ready to go. I’m at the point now i have more than I could smoke in years and now I just want big beautiful buds lol. Think I’m going to top along with lst instead of relying on lst only. Give a longer veg add going to start at lower EC and see how it goes.

Got up and transplanted the girls into the octos. Left row is lemon widow. Middle row back to front lemon g, faf and Frankenstein. Right row lemon g. It going to be a very lemony run. Gave them a good rinse off they had soil dust all over the leaves and filling the octopot now.

I’ve been getting ready for about two weeks. I think once they get established In the octo they will take really take off. The photo was right after I transplanted so I’m expecting some droopy leafs when I get off work from transplanting.

Everything going good here started to do some training last night. Tied all the main stalks over to make them point at the ground. Should trigger the side branches to grow and help form a nice even canopy. Going to put together a trellis frame for the new setup today think I’m going to hang from the ceiling and use the ratchet hanger to adjust kinda like I did in my tent. That about it not much happening over here. Just waiting for the roots to get wet.
