Greenleaf Nutrients MEGA CROP Q&A/Support/Pictures/Feedback/Anything thread

There’s always been some folks complain about the MC powder clumping up due to moisture.

Just throwing out there that I transfer the contents of a small bag to an empty plastic coffee can with a snap on lid. Keep that can in my basement with a RH of about 60% year round, open it up a few times per week to mix new batch. Keep the lid on it when not in use.

I’ve never had clumping of any kind following this protocol, so if you are having problems or even avoiding trying MC due to those complaints, it’s a non-issue, at least for me.

yeah, we got screwed really hard with Brexit lately. Our Europe portal was always through UK, but they closed shipping exports for fertilizers (ton of hassle now), so we are cut off from most of Europe besides UK now.

So we are going to have to setup another hub in Europe to reach the other areas, likely in Spain or Italy.

I got the 2 part and Sweet Candy to use on this years outdoor. I can’t wait to use it.

Last year. I used the sweet candy and just used a quart zip slider bag and took out 60-70 grams at a time. Cuts way down on clumping. I’m going to do the same with the 2 part this year.

Good day everyone!

I’ve been using the 1 part Mega Crop for about 4 years now and love it as much now as I did 4 years ago. I’m one of those lazy gardeners who likes things to be as simple as possible and in my opinion the MC 1 part couldn’t get any easier. I mix my nutrients 4 gallons at a time and for my flowering plants I use 6g/gallon of well water. I start by putting a gallon of hot water in the bottom of the 5 gallon bucket and pouring in the 24 grams of MC and stirring it really well. I then top it off with 3 gallons of cold water. Mixing and stirring in the hot water dissolves the granules quite well.

So although I’ve had unpleasant dealings with Greenleaf Nutrients / Mega Crop from a customer service standpoint the product is good enough that I keep coming back for more.

Start with hot water…that’s the ticket.

Hi,
What is the ‘new’ Mega Crop that you’re offering free samples of? Is it Part One of the two part? Or is it a bag of the “1 Part”?

I don’t know if you mentioned it already, but how will the new (improved, V2) 2 part differ from V1?

We are adding in high quality Seaweed extract, and also maximizing the NPK to be optimized for Cannabis, and also improving solubility and pH stability even more (for extremely high concentrations/injector dosages)

We will be the first company (afaik) to have a 2 part soluble formula that is fully compatible with hydroponics and also has Seaweed extract and be fully soluble.

Do I wait for a return PM before ordering the sample? Or just go right ahead and order it without hearing back from GN first?

I’m piqued. Where are your nutrients manufactured? Can you post a heavy metal analysis here for the OG’s to view before deciding to try? Thank you!
