Greenup tries expensive auto flowers (mephisto)

I am not sure what you mean? Do you mean to take sign ups to give away the seeds we are creating?

I don’t want to take signups for the seeds I am trying to create because I might fail. Once I have seeds in hand i can do a giveaway. If you want to take signups to give away the ones you create that is fine with me.

No, I am talking about journaling the grows here. Has nothing to do with the seeds produced or not produced.

My HBMS has sprouted a nice taproot in the paper towel. I filled and watered her medium day before yesterday and hope to get her planted in her final pot today.

So are u looking for selfed only or some crosses, there is quite a few on that list that’s in my room on my Fem breeding project

Hey @AzSeaindooin420 are you referring to my list of strains I’m wanting to preserve? If so my answer is both. Nearly every time I reverse an auto to make S1 seeds I will run at least one other auto strain with it to cross to make some hybrid strains. I’ve grown some tremendous auto crosses.

I am fine with that, thanks for asking. Overgrow is for all and I consider all threads community property. :seedling:

Well the creme de la chem females I’m using as studs are hitting about 20 different strains, double grape is in that room, same with blackstrap, alien vs triangle, among many others, def put me on your list for swaps

I had a good strong Tap Root on the hbms when I planted it a little bit ago. And now it’s just waiting game for it to sprout and then we can get started.

the second picture is a small bud off of one of the cap junkie plants that I grew. I accidentally pulled it off the plant where it was hanging and drying. It is some Frosty stuff.

Edit: HBMS has sprouted

I took your advice on autos not needing a tent. The humidity is low outside the tents but I got cups on them like you do. Here is a photo from yesterday when there was only one pot on the shelf but now there is two. I have some photoperiod babies all crammed into slot 4 of 4 in my auto tent that are about to come out but that only helps with one. So this shelf system outside the tents may be used for longer than I wish. Both the Girl Scout Monkeys and the second white creme seed are in soil. I expect first leaves on GSM by morning.

Well the GSM has it’s first leaves but the second White creme hasn’t even broken the soil yet :frowning:

White Creme A is still looking good at 60 (days). I wish its baby sister would pop out of the soil, worried she is dead.

Still nothing on the second white creme. I think I should probably start another seed. I have 4 white creme seeds left and I dont want to be too far behing @LoveDaAutos

I also scored a couple seeds of illuminautos #31 from @Rhino_buddy. #31 is “Sweet N Sour” and the lineage is Toof Decay crossed with Sour Stomper. Below is the description from the 2019 Mephisto guide:

"Sweet ‘n’ Sour is a hybrid between two of our frostiest and most flavoursome strains. Expect a dank, fruity taste sensation, and a more than generous dolloping of frost across the flowers and fans - A great candidate for extraction works. Plants will be medium in size, indica leaning but with the potential for very decent yields. Enjoy! "

Edit: I just dropped another white creme into some water.

A bit of an update… I now have a bunch of autos going and half of them aren’t even in a tent.

White Creme A - Flowers are getting bigger and frostier. I love the smell but I can’t find the words to describe it. It’s definitely something I am not use to smelling in cannabis flowers.

White Creme B - Look really closely, it’s like a “where’s waldo” trying to find it in the photo. This is one I started along side Girl Scout Monkeys so I can try to make seeds of white creme and seeds that are a cross of GSM and white creme. However, it never came out of the soil despite having a tail before i put it in. I just let it go and it finally peeked out of the soil but is still a helmet head. I probably should have tossed it a while ago but its actually moving now so maybe I will see how it plays out.

White Creme C - When “B” didn’t pop out I finally started a replacement. This one is speedy and already popped and. has leaves after just a couple days!

Girl Scout Monkeys - This one was started same time as WC-B but actually grew.

So what are you going to end up reversing to make some seeds?

Looking like White Creme C and will get the STS and then GSM will get the pollen. That was the original plan so hopefully it works out since white creme c seems to be a speedy buddy.

White Creme B got its cup left off and it fell over. Thought it was a goner but its back and finally shed its helmet. I dont expect much from this weirdo but I shell let it go. Focus for seeds has shifted to WC B though.

Update time. So the White Creme B that I started at the same time as Girl Scout Monkeys A was finally tossed out a couple days ago. It was still 1 inch tall after 22+ days. So, now i have White Creme C going nicely but it’s behind GSM A that was supposed to be pollinated by White Creme B. So now I gotta decide if I should try and proceed when I have the receiving plant a head of the pollen donor or if I should instead use STS on the GSM A and pollinate the White Creme C. I won’t get any pure White creme seeds but I will still get the cross.

Any suggestions, tips, ideas?

The humidifier in my auto tent crapped out on me so it’s a bit dryer than I would like but things still seem to be going pretty well. The White Creme A had some of its larger fan leaves get crispy so that was a little worrisome but it’s still chugging along.

I’m thinking what I would do is reverse the White Creme C with the STS and make some S1 WC seeds and pollinate however many you want lower pistils on the GSM. You’ll most likely have to keep those lower buds on the plant to give the seeds time to mature but you’ll be able to harvest the top portion of the plant for flower.

I love this idea. Sounds like my new plan is set!
