So far, so good. Looks like 3 female and 1 male Headbanger Haze. 518 Sour Diesel are taking forever to show, but looks like most are male. Since I haven’t worked with these yet, I’ll wait another week. Also noting I have had to use stakes yet.

Starting to focus. Looks like 3 518 Sour D and 2 Headbanger Haze females. Not sure about about 1 518. It’s stretching like the other females but no sign of sex yet. Most of the fans have been stripped, but I always leave a few at the very top and bottom.
Males for breeding are HBH(left side) making HBH f3’s on both females for more variation, and @WeTokeChronic ’s Frosted Altoids(right side) hitting the 518 Sour D’s.
Clones are about half way there.

Finally down from 14 plants to 4 females. 3 HBH and 2 518 Sour D. Had the same problem with the Headbanger Haze first round. Hope it’s not a trend.

Thanks brother. The plants are extra healthy with the addition of the humic acid/eggshell tea. Sour D’s are getting extra N, but I’ll drop that since they’re not stretching like I had expected

I have a few of the 100r and 100 4k.
I get a 25% discount on everything at Way To Grow, being connected to a few mmj shops. Makes buying things much easier. My Growers Choice 680 was a little cheaper per light intensity output. Im happy with both, but I needed something ASAP for the male flower room and couldn’t wait for online delivery.

Plants looking vibrant. Set up a new tea of humic acid, Mykoz, oyster shell powder, eggshell powder, kelp meal, and molasses. This allows the plants to utilize nutrients incredibly well. @WeTokeChronic ’s Frosted Altoids male is ridiculous and almost ready to pollenate the 518 Sour D, which is laying some early frost. Should see some explosive budding the next few weeks. HBH is a little slower and doesn’t have nearly as many budding sites, but can’t wait to smoke her again.

Weeks are flying by. I turned 50 yesterday. Trying to get ready for my party tomorrow. But here’s the lowdown. Saved both Headbanger Haze females to make fem’d seeds, if they’re worth it. Pollinated both Headbanger Haze f2 with Headbanger Haze f2. Pollinated both 518 sour diesel‘s with Frosted Altoids from @WeTokeChronic. Very excited to grow those beans. The 518’s are super sour smelling buds and a great plant all around. Thank goodness I only had 4 females. Not sure I could handled any more without being cramped in the tent. To on the left are the 518 sour diesels and two on the right are the Headbanger Haze. The diesels are filling out quickly and the Hazes are taking longer but one of them is extremely frosty already. The one in the front just seems to be taking longer and should have a ton of bud on it when it’s finished, even if it takes a few weeks longer. Or it could just be a shitty phenotype that won’t get pretty frosty at all. I will have to wait and see.

Got that f2 with the heavy frost. Sour with strawberry undertones still. So complex. I could smell this all day and not get bored. Moving forward with the f3 seeds from this phenotype. The other is a N hog. Gonna toss those beans.
Garden shot and 518 Sour D. It’s not as frosty but has amazing super sour terps. Frost isn’t everything.

Starting the fade. 2-3 weeks to finish. Temps are running in the mid 80’s and humidity is very low…around 16%. Watering every other day.
518 Sour Diesels are beautiful and smell just as an east coast sour snob expects…burnt rubber, super sour, and skunky. Very impressed with White Rabbit Farms. Both are seeded with @WeTokeChronic ’s Frosted Altoids.
One HBHf2 is a winner, the other not so much. They both smell great, but the 2nd is just a pain in the ass to grow.

So hard to wait, but I know how much it pays off to wait, so I’m waiting. Just a few more days. I think. Could be a week…these Diesel/Chem/Haze hybrids take a while to ripen.
Headbanger Haze f2 is spicy, sour, fruity, and funky. Coming up on week 11.
518 Sour Diesel, it tastes just like the NY Sour D from mid 90’s. Big fat yields. I’d buy almost anything crossed to a Sour D bx3 from Top Dawg.
