Growin Stuff with Cannabinoid

Had a Sour Bubble female that I originally thought was a male. Note:The SB compared to the others I have going were slower to show sex and preflowers were tiny at first (I could use some new glasses too, getting older is bullshit, lol). Anyway, she was isolated for a while while letting the males mature. After a good tent scrub got her back in there. Gave a relatively aggressive defol, tied her down, tagged the branches and hit her with pollen. Kept the two top branches for “control” and 8 side branches were pollenated, 4x Black Candyland, 4x Sour Bubble. Fans off but screened vents left open. Sprayed down well after @ 36 hours. Looking like it took pretty well. Fans back on, will keep her on veg nutes for a few more weeks. Will scrub and spray again and likely put the other SB ladies in this tent too to make some room and help with humidity in the 4x4.

Only my second go at making seeds on purpose. Advice is more than welcomed. Thanks for looking!

Rearranged the tents this week and put the 2 Sour Bubble in the 2x4 with the female I pollinated (right side). I soaked her down really well twice, waited 5 days and scrubbed the tent, fans, and light but think i still got some pollen on the middle girl somehow. Checked everywhere, no sign of a herm. I suppose those will be mystery seeds… kind of.

Definitely have some seed development, and quickly. Both with the SB and BC pollen on the intentional lady. Should be loaded. She has a very strong sour lime smell is the best i can describe, much stronger than the other two
Girl on the left will hopefully be Sensimilla.

Have more room in the 4x4 now, helped with humidity by @ 8-10%. Gives more room to turn the pots every couple days and much more air movement.

BC is nice, cant pin a specific smell except a unique and robust warm sweetness weird as that may sound.

Looks like 3 slightly different R x KS. 2 are very similar, much frostier than the others, same node spacing leaf structure color althought the light throws ot off in the pic. Also have a double stem with double fat bud

One is darker green with slightly wider leaves, slightly less node spacing.

And the other is lighter green thinner leaves and taking a little longer to develop. Not nearly as much frost at this point as the others.

Roots are rockin. Very dry before their drink.

Watering and inspection today. While they were out got some pics of 3 of the Romulan x Korean Skunk and the visual differences. Smells are slightly different but battling a sinus thing so cant really describe beyond that. The 4th one is pretty dead on the same as #4 in the pics.

Broke out the bubble bags and about 2oz of trim from the freezer. The 73 looks relatively good, should be decent when it dries.

Checkin in at about 6 weeks flower. I made an oops or maybe a burried male flower that I never found. A few of the lower buds are seeded. Dont really l know how but i think some pollen may have gotten on my watering can and transferred from the other tent/plants. Doesnt look to be on the upper half/top buds at all. I always work this 4x4 then the 2x4. Was initially freaked out but gonna roll with it.

Need to get the net set up soon some of these are starting to lean.

Been battling humidity and 2 power losses in the tents on top of this covid the last week and a half. Got the power situation sorted out, over the crud, now if the rain would just go away i may finish this run.

Look to pull down the Sour Bubble, Black Candyland, and one of the Romulan crosses this weekend. Would put them right about 57-58 days. The remaining R x KS will go another week or more.

Sour Bubble. Not big plants at all or huge buds but frosty and a very nice sweet and earthy smell in the tent with very sour citrusy stem rubs, leaning lime. Definitely produced seed. The tent these were in lackeing in lighting, airflow, and temp control overall. Will do better there next time I
Run these. Still worked out.

Overall 4x4 some fade goin on. All the romulan crosses (corners) are showing differences, all have their sweet smells but three Im getting some earthy pine as well. One is not so skunky but a really strong sharp old school “weed” smell I cant place yet, shitty description maybe. Thats #2 front right. Black Candyland (center) is a rich sweet and maybe coffee smell.

Amateurs have the most fun!
I’d never wanna grow cannabis on a large scale, then it becomes work and you lose your hobby.

Got some trimmimg done. Went more aggressive than origially planned, finding more seeds than anticipated so far but looks/feels like most of the tops are clean. What we found are dark and mature. Still have the 3 bigger Romulan crosses to take down, one will be ready later this week for sure, the other two unless the have a quick late transition may go 2 more weeks.

Timing is behind where I had hoped. Going to have a bunch of family and friends in next weekend for my wifes birthday. We dont all share the same view of cannabis. Also have a lease to resign and the owner stops by for that. It is legal here and i keep it at or under the limit, just really cannot afford major issues and drama. Even with a new carbon filter it gets stinky. Man I hope I’m worrying for nothing.

You could burn some incense when they come over, then again it’s your home and they are guests…

Last couple weeks were busy but good. 2 more of the Romulan x Korean Skunk got the chop 2 days ago @ 10 weeks. #1 and #2. Both are primarily sweet, piney, earthy, #2 still with a bit of oldschool funk. Buds are solid and pretty dense even most of the lower popcorn especially on #2. The stalk and branches were the sturdiest of all of them, didmt need supports, so stands to reason.

Still have one remaining R x KS and is more sativa leaning. Buds still forming and good size, still pushing out white hairs. Bud structure itself is more like intertwined foxtails than a super dense compact indica. Smells are louder than the other plants and like sweet fuel and rubber with a hint of skunk underneath. Looking a bit rough. Having a cold snap the last week-10 days with rain and shes not tolerating it like the indica leaners did. Still a relatively high percentage of clear trics, thinking she’ll go another week or two. Going to try to get the heat up in the garage. Camera went a little goofy pics arent great.
