Growing Trees with Meesh 2021

Luckily those diesels have that loose sativa structure making them a lot more mold resistant. Aside from being 10 feet tall, lanky, breaking in half from the weight and budding while held together with vice grips for like the last 6 weeks they came off without a hitch. Seriously, the buds came out great.

It’s my favourite, I was having a semi melt down watching them get so drilled in the elements and wanted to chop them early but the boss kept telling me patience grasshopper :joy:

My strawberry diesel was nothing short of delicious except that strain caused more munchies than anything on this planet. Swear you’d wake up in the morning with an empty fridge and empty cupboards and start looking to see if you ate the paint off the walls too! :joy:

My weekly maintenance dose of RSO has me sleep munching, I will literally wake up at 3am and head to the fridge with little recognition as to what I’m actually doing. This morning I woke up with an empty cereal bowl next to me wondering wtf haha

@Meesh I didn’t realize African violets actually came in other colors, other then purple lol

Well it seems I’m trying to collect every darn color. Just gave away 2 of my plants to neighbors because I had no room in my plant window. Of course I find a new one and magically I can squeeze it in. Like I said crazy plant lady. I think most of my flowers are in a down slope dying off, but I’ll grab a pic of the colors I do have so far. They are really cool plants.

@CADMAN so far these are all the colors I have. Only 2 of them have the different colors on the bottom of the leaves though. The dark purple has dark purple on the bottom of the leaves and the new really light pink one has pink undersides. All the rest have just green leaves.

I’ve only seen African Violets in shades of pink, purple or white. I don’t think they grow in shades of yellow, orange or red. If anyone sees any, let me know please. I will hunt them down for my collection.

So Panama Garlic Haze is measuring at a measly 7 feet 2 inches today. Lol

Captured some sugar on the port wine cheese and the SSDD today… or suntan lotion as I like to call it. Love the early bud frost! Stinky, sticky and lovely!

PWC

SSDD

The gate took 3 hours in the sun to repair but it’s fixed. We ran out of steam and will do the makeshift trellis layer for the SSDD next week. I told Dad that I didn’t want to know the height of the SSDD. It’s almost as big as the Garlic, so it’s damn big. That was good enough for me.

I was just reminiscing about Dragon’s Blood Hashplant as another member is growing one right now. So, I checked back in my 2019 log to look at mine and realized how many people are gone from OG now. People who hung out for a very long time. Kind of bums me out. It was such a different place. A lot of really great members who contributed a whole lot of knowledge and good spirit here. But we still have each other! I’m glad you all are here! Old and new. Admittedly, I’ll always be a bit sad that @Howard.Crane isn’t here with me for the Garlic grow. Garlic and onion strains was a thing. lol

Your monsters are looking good there’s been a few that I also miss from a couple years back . Often wonder where they went most enjoyed the forum you’d think they have to be posting some where. Others maybe just hung up the gardening gloves who knows.

This one could very well be a photoshop, but a whole bunch of gardeners on one of my gardening groups claim they are Mammoth Elephant Ears and that they grow them too. So, I think they actually exist. Blows my mind!

I have seen Taro leaves that big, when I was with the pond company, we’d plant taro in the bog filters on some customers ponds. One lady was way overstocked with koi, well, lots of fish poop equals leaves that I could hide behind a single leaf, completely, and I’m 5’9". I wish I could find the picture of Felipe, one of our helpers holding up a leaf. He was no small dude, and that leaf dwarfed him…
