Do you happen to know how long it takes a reversed plant to start producing pollen? I’d like to time it right and take the branches off before they seed the entire tent, collect the pollen for future use.

The ChemBAP, which started out as the smallest plant, is now the biggest at 32 inches, an inch taller than her sister the MBAP at 31 inches. And the GLo which started out as the biggest is now the smallest plant at 23 inches. I put the GLo on something to raise her up closer to the light. Its a god damned jungle in there and I cant tell you how happy that makes me. I probably should have used the 2 gal bags instead of the 3’s. Raised the light another 6-7 inches.

Just a small update today showing the buds. The GLo looks to be really fattening up, the others still have a ways to go. I also took off a lot, for autos, of the smaller branches that weren’t getting any light to clear up air space and to force the growth to the top nodes.

Another small update to announce what I plan in the future. In nine days time I intend to soak 6 seeds to replace what im growing. 2 x of Wreckage Master Bastard Kush from @THCeed, 2 x Cough BX3 from Prof P and 2 x Dog Patch from Lucky Dog. Im hoping to get 3 females so I thought I’d double my odds. The only male I’ll even consider keeping is one of the Cough if I like him enough. The plan is super simple, veg for 6 weeks then flip to flower. Everything will stay in the small tent until the big one clears out in Dec/Jan. If by some miracle I get 2 fems of the WMBK and 2 of the Dog Patch and 1 fem cough and 1 male cough I’ll be doing a side run of Cough f2’s and some nice crosses. I think I’ll keep those in solo cups. Also, I plan to dust a small branch or two with some Chocolate Diesel pollen. That is all.
Yeah, im super excited about this next run and couldn’t wait to announce it!

Hell yeah brother! GLos pistols are starting to darken and she’s already nice and fat, like all the best girls, so she may finish before the rest! I can say, without any doubt, that GLo was my favorite thing last grow. She’s so easy to grow and her high and smell and taste check ALL the boxes! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, @ReikoX created a real winner!

Yeah, that first harvest of yours was pretty fat! Looks like you’ve got multiple tents now, so keep the perpetual harvests coming! A good option is just using 1 gallon pots…start a new seed every few days…this way you never have to change from 12/12 and have a constant supply of herbage coming in. Get to try a lot more strains too. Large plants with long veg time is just more time for something to go wrong…ph swings, nute imbalance/lockout, etc…then your 2 months of vegging is out the window.

Yeah I think that’s the plan. After two grows using the 3 gallons it’s plain that they’re too big for my tent size and with both the WMBK and the cough being big girls I may not go the whole 6 weeks. Maybe 2-4 before 12-12. I need to keep them at around 3ft and under. Good call!
