Could you post a few more photos? Curious on the rest of the plant as well.

What’s the cultivar?
Grow substrate?
Type of fertilizer(bottle or carbon) and feeding sch?
Watering routine?
How close is the plant to the light?
Do you happen to know the ppfd of the light?

Almost looks genetic…

And welcome to OG, brother!

When did you transplant into that container or has she always lived there?
Do you have drainage holes drilled on the bottom?

My guess would be over-watering for most of its life + the heavy stress from the mainline caused her to be stunted and now her hormones are all funky with flowering shes putting out mutated leaves. She will stretch some, but that steam is very skinny.
She does look to be in better spirits  .

A good rule of thumb for watering in a soilless mix is to water 5-7% of the total soil volume.
Example:
In a 7 gallon pot I would water 45oz of water every 3-4days depending on temps, humi, air circulation etc.

Just take the volume of your container and multiply by 128. 128 is the amount of oz in a gallon.
Example for 7-gallon pot:
7 x 128= 896 oz in a 7-gallon pot.
Now take that number, 896 in this case, and multiply by either .05 for 5% or .07 for 7% respectively.
896 x .05 = 44.8oz
896 x .07 = 62.72 oz

If I was watering a plant in a 7-gallon pot I’d water between 45-65 oz of water per 7-gallon pot.

That’s the way I was taught to water living soil beds, but I use it in small pots as well, 1g, 3g.
Eventually, I was able to stop the need to precisely measure and water off of feel.

Hope this helps!

And as long as you keep her going strong you’ll get some excellent smoke!

I’m growing some amnesia haze if you’d like to come check them out,

Topped and transplanted begining of June. Every bit of new growth has looked like the first pic since. Pot is bottom 20 in of 55 gallon drum lots of 1" holes all the way around and on bottom. Over watering is definitely a possibility though. I have also fukd up a few autos this year and that was my best guess why

And don’t count genetics out! Royal queen isn’t known to produce the best product for the home grower.

If you can, get yourself a small indoor setup. It’s a great way to learn! 2’x2’x4’ tent setups won’t run you much these days and take up no space.

You got this, brother!
