Hey just from personal experience go with a 4x4, or 2x4 instead of a 3x3. Not nearly as many lighting options for a 3x3 
I don’t have my stuff hooked up to the internet, you don’t need to either

Welcome To OG! Many have given great advice already.
Don’t beat yourself up too much over the peroxide accident. I tried to do the same but with vinegar but got ratio wrong and killed one plant too. Reason I tried was algea growth on soil surface due to overwatering. Suffice to say lesson learned.
I like my 3x3 tent. I have 5 plants in 3 gallons in there for a reference as what a 3x3 limits are. It’s crowded but could probably get a 6th in there, if I veg shorter than 45 days and put up a trellis.
I agree with @Gonzo about the limited options for a 3x3. I found 3 options of 300+watt lighting that will fit.
