HP your thread is awesome
I love seeing these rows of plants set up outside, waiting to get big as the season gets closer underway.
Sometimes I actually have to avoid checking your updates - they can make me jealous that I don’t have a back yard of my own
Grow on dude!

Looking good. Any tips on peppers? Mine are very slow going.

Yes ! Peppers are slow, feed them to hurry them a bit. They should be planted 5- 6 weeks before you want to set them out. Tomatoes 3-4 weeks. Also notoriously slow is Basil and culinary herbs.

The Peppers I have started are the second attempt for me. The first planting in the coldframe are more behind than these. 87f today and everything is wilty.

We’re supposed to have rain coming in Saturday and then 10 straight days of rain every day after that. Don’t see you needing to water for the next 2 weeks which is good. Your garden looks great and I’ll probably be able to smell it from here by fall lol. Nice work as always.

Thanks bud, I just started a powerwash job that requires 4 100ft garden hose. I can’t wait to finish so I can put them to my irrigation system. I never expected drought stress in early May.

I can try to send you some rain if you want, next sunny day here is in 5 days

Thanks @funkyfunk ! It’s on the way, chances of rain next 5 days. So I’m not hauling water.

You don’t have an irrigation system? Somehow I thought you did.

I do have soaker hoses under the fabric on top of the beds. I have removed my supply hoses over the winter. My water is about 200 ft away. I also want some fancy manifolds to connect several feeds and customize my watering.

I don’t know much about it but I figured with a big plot like yours it’d be essential.
