Humboldt CSI Plant Guide

Lmao …this shits funny…:rofl::rofl::laughing::v:t5:. Has CSI ever put out any GMO hybrids? I think that’s a cut he didn’t work with. It crossed my mind thinking of a chem d x GMO

Jesus this has been going on for over a day, who has this much time in 2024 to complain this much, bro you don’t like the beans or the prices who gives a shit, why is it so important to convince others of your opinion? You don’t like the genetics yet you come to a csi thread? And everyone else responding to this shame on you, ignore this troll stop feeding it ffs

All I see is a bunch of seedlings and then flowered buds that may or may not be yours. Zip, zilch, nada in between. No descriptions, no opinions on growth patterns or structures, no full plant pics. I get the feeling they’re your buddy’s plants.

That’s neither here nor there though.

You couldn’t just leave well enough alone and say, “I haven’t had good luck with CSI or Bodhi gear, but I hope you do.” You had to get on a high horse, and now you’ve resorted to name calling.

I’m not the one with a point to prove. I grow, I show, and I give my opinion on the gear I run. I don’t feel the need to bash breeders. It’s a gamble, I get it.

Well, I don’t think anyone should be above being called out. If a user has had sub-par experience, he should give his opinion in the relevant thread. I am not saying if @DopeKiller is right/wrong, but he is entitled to having a POV.

I personally haven’t grown any CSI gear yet, however I have had the same experience (nanners/spindly plants/seeds not sprouting) in a 20 pack deal I got from a breeder here on OG.

Would you like a chance to grow some CSI?

I do have F3 seeds I made of his Hawaiian Lites F2. I have a grow log from start to finish. Even have a cross I made I could toss in as well thats Hawaiian Lites F2 x Triple Sunshine F2.

Think it over and send me a message if you are interested

I bought a TK S1 pack @ 160$ on sale + shipping. He included an extra TK S1 pack with my order, so I’m seeing it as 160$ for 14 seeds or 12$ a seed. I think the answer to whether or not it’s worth that price will be different from person to person. As for whether or not any breeding was involved, obviously they are just S1s. I wouldn’t pay 12$ per seed every grow, but it was fun to grow them out and compare to other TK genetics regardless. Oddly enough the TK x TripleSunshine pollen chuck was both the highest yielding and most potent of everything in the tent…

The 3 CSI plants that I harvested (TK S1, 5150 x TK #1 and 5150 x TK #3) all appear to be pretty potent and decently high quality. Potency dramatically increased on one of them with a bit of a cure. I don’t reach for the bags much because I don’t get the uplifting feeling that I get when I consume the TK cut or Triple Sunshine, but that also could be due to the fact that I took them at 11 weeks and maybe they should have come down at 10. There’s definitely plenty of amber present on the buds. Hard for me to judge these things from only one run. I have my mind sort of set on what I want to grow for a while now, but I could absolutely see myself revisiting them at some point just to see.

All 3 for me hit similarly. Reminds me of the Chem 91 skunk VA clone that I grew earlier in the year. The 5150 TK x TK #3 appears to be the most potent of the bunch.

5150 TK x TK #3

Didn’t know you had those, must have forgot if I sent them haha… Were any of the females decent?

Oh, awesome, sounds like a fun project! Looking forward to seeing what sort of phenos pop out in that cross if you grow it out.

I got the pollen from @Klyphman as a generous extra from a Copa Genetics pack swap we did. So I have never had the privilege to grow Triple Sunshine but keeping my fingers :crossed_fingers:

I mean to be fair, that’s a tk bx1 you made there…

Yea, I just said oddly enough because it was both free and just a pollen chuck - it’s not like I hunted years or through 50+ plants. Everything else in the tent was either paid for by me or given by someone else who paid for it. So oddly enough, the only ‘free’ plant in the tent was the most impressive haha… Everything turned out good though.

You are right though, it’s a TK backcross. Crazy Crocs is too.

Thanks!
I’ll keep that in mind!

How was the smoke on those hawaiin lites?

Even being pollinated the smoke was on the sativa side. Smooth, notes of maitake mushrooms or some kind of mushroom on the pallet. The exhaul was slight tang of lemon. This was smoked after just drying and no curing.

After about 20 minutes it would really mellow you out. Fell asleep a few times on the couch playing some very attention grabbing video games that makes you not want to blink.

One of the plants did get pollinated as well but only 21 seeds were found after crumbling 75% of it down. So I have that remaining flower curing now for a more accurate report. The plant I made my F3s with was the frostiest plant I have personally grown. Unfortunately my camera on my phone didnt get the best pics but I am no expert photographer to begin with
