I spy with my little eye Psychoactive plants

They can be… Very rare, but can be very toxic

I have Syrian rue and mimosa hostilis in my yard lol. If I could find a salvia cutting, I’d grow it. My salvia ruginata all either didn’t sprout or damped off

Me too, ‘99 was 8th grade for me, and erowid was one of the few online doorways in.

I would get them by the garbage bag full. I’ll pick 10 to 20 pounds night. I’ve seen some as big as hamburger buns. I could even pick them and tell what they look like when they were dried in the Doodoo. They look like your nipple do you look like a titty

I have eaten some of the ones from out west. I can’t think of the name of them. I have produced some before. I have used the injectable bags. Years ago. But very true mushrooms are poisonous they will overtime mess you up. And especially if you eat the wrong one it could kill you

Salvia is hard to grow. I had major problems with it but I also wasn’t very good at growing things that are difficult like that. Or maybe I was making it difficult. I’ll get it to come up I just couldn’t keep it going once she started picking on it. I had to continue keep cloning. I had a bunch of mushrooms a while back I got rid of them I got some salvia steel somewhere. If you look at all the old priest back around Jesus’s day their suits their outfits their hats look like mushrooms all them people eat mushrooms back there with all psyched out

I can tell you this I’m not trying to be religious I’m just trying to make a joke when Jesus told them to fish on the other side of the boat I bet you they were smoking a fatty. Look at the people in South America not only do they chew Coco leaves. You have to chew it with a rock to get a better effect out of it these people have been doing this stuff forever. Modern man has made money off putting people in jail for stuff like that. You also have stuff like lettuce and Africa I believe your lips turn blue I believe is very addictive. The birdseed back in the day microdots. And then you had people doing homemade brews. With rat poison. I seen something where someone said something about DMT. Nunu. Don’t forget about toads. Nunu I can’t remember the name but. You drink this tea. You get in this mud and it makes you shit and you start hallucinating like instantly. Peyote is the same way it makes you sick. DMT I’ve never messed with it but I almost smoked some one time out west by accident.

The peyote purging is considered a key part of releasing the bad before your journey. The peyoteros tell you this in their ceremonies.

I’m growing acacia acuminata and mimosa hostilis for their DMT content. Mimosa pudica has 5meo-dmt, the same as toads, it’s the bupinefrine in toads that causes heart problems. DMT is one of the active ingredients in Ayahuasca. Along with harmines, and many shamans put brugmansia (scopelamine, one of the few hallucinogens that’s scares me) into their brews too.

Are you referencing qhaat for the African lettuce? That’s where cathanones originate, the synthetic versions are called bath salts. It’s prevalent in the middle east and Africa, and highly addictive. I used to work with a bunch of Yemenis that chewed it.

Yes. It’s nasty.

"the very rare part was them being lethal, not their abundance.

Hey guys sorry if this isn’t allowed or is off topic but its the only thread I could think of asking this in, would anybody here be interested in Kratom seeds? I have hundreds spare. I’ve thrown out thousands of seedlings this year going through batches for keepers and just got sent these with some Psychotria viridis seeds, I’m fucking sick of looking at kratom seedlings so if anybody would be up for a trade let me know! I need more weed seeds haha.

I need more Syrian rue seeds, I apparently need more practice because I keep killing them.

what is this? never heard of it, pardon my ignorance!

It’s what you would extract harmalas from for ayahuasca

Being ayahuasca a plant, you mean harmalas is the substance in ayahuasca? Interesting, and this plant has it!? Cool!

It is what’s inB. Caapi, the Ayahuasca vine. Harmalines are rMAOI’s, they allow oral administration of DMT. Otherwise the enzymes in your stomach and liver break down the DMT before it can have an effect. If you consume harmalines about 15-60 minutes before you drink your DMT elixer, the harmalas, harmine and tetrahydroharmine stop the action of the enzymes. It also will keep seratonin receptors agonists active in your brain longer. So consuming with something like mdma or any SSRI can lead to seratonin syndrome and possibly death.

I have 4 mimosa hostilis trees growing and 1 acacia acuminata. The AA is cool because it has DMT in the leaves and twigs, so I won’t have to dig up roots and strip bark from them. Mimosa pudica has 5 meo DMT (the same as the Colorado river toads) and is commonly sold as the sensitive plant.

Tips on growing Mimosa Hostilis? I think we’re about the same weather, so I should be pretty good off your advice.

Keep it moist, don’t let the soil completely dry out (contrary to what is said online). And I found that it absolutely loves growing in hempies. I started 4 at the same time, 3 are 6" tall. The one in a hempie is as long as my arm with branches 8-12 inches long. I’m feeding it full strength flowering feed from my cannabis and it’s loving it.
