I actually did a paper on this phenomenon in school I found it quite interesting … on a side note the book “what a plant knows “ is a very interesting read also if ya ever stumble across it !

This experiment was originally conducted by the Darwins (Charles and his son Francis) with canary grass. In 1864 Julius von Sachs discovered that blue light is the primary color that induces phototropism in plants. I think this sort of thing is fascinating btw. :slight_smile:
