Seeds in those lowers i see already.
Outstanding! Hope your nose clears up, curious how the scents/aromas are expressing. Are those in native soil? Curious if you can comment on the make up?
Thanks for the kind words.
The soil is ten years of Coast of Maine Bar Harbor Blend,
CoM Bedding Soil, alternating seasons of layered aged cow manure, 2+ year old leaves, grass cuttings, pine needles and 100% vegetable compost.
A good foundation.
I’ve been feeding with the Foop regimen and giving them the Foop “Sweeter” too.
Update on the Vietnam Black from beans courtesy of @YoBigdaddy starting with the male,
which was just pulled after a few dustings on the lower branches of the ladies.
VietB Ladies
This one is short and dense.
The next three are still stretching
About 7ft.
This the top from the lady on the left in the next photo.
Weather permitting, I guesstimate mid-November for mature
seed development.
Thanks for looking.
Some fine looking ladies keep up the good work
Thank You @YoBigdaddy,
Feeding, watching and waiting.
Not much more to do but hope and pray. lol
A bit like raising children, once they are mature (!?!), they are going to do
what they want to do. lol
Hello,
I didn’t see this thread !
Thanks to @globalhead for pointing me this .
here is my contribution on the big Island of Madagascar in the Indian Ocean:
cheers !
A quick update which I posted in the 2024 New England/Upstate NY Outdoor Growing Discussion (Small jpegs should not be a strain on the server. I hope )
I harvested the Moroccan Bedia the beginning of October and
got a few beans and after drying a week or so,
dropped about 30 beans in a window planter October 10th.
Amazingly most sprouted and have survived temps as low as 30F.
A few 70F temps should occur this week with 40sF in the mornings.
I’ll repot and bring inside over the weekend.
Moroccan Beldia
Next are the Iran3 and two Nepali Mountain Ganja males
which get chopped soon.

Vietnam Back
The Cretans will provide some mature seeds
Not sure about the Vietnam Black yet.
Hope to let these go as long as the weather permits.
Maybe late November-mid December.
Thanks for looking.
Beautiful plants. How did the belida come out? I grew her once and loved it.
Thanks for sharing those pics, love the garden shots and preservation work in motion
Beldias?
Funny you asked.
I let them go until the tops turned brown to ensure viable seeds. Not a good smoke.
Got about an oz from the remaining green flowers which smoke smooth with a little tingle on the tip of the tongue.
Been drying about 2 weeks.
The nose is of fresh cream with a hint of citrus and dirt.
An enjoyable buzz for a couple hours. A relaxed yet energetic high.
I enjoyed growing these and got them growing again.
Thanks for the good vibes.
Glad you like the photos.
If these make it through the
next three mornings, 32F, 34F and 33F, the Cretans should have a few well developed seeds.
Thanks.
looks fantastic !!!
Wow! How’d you come across the seeds, and do you have any more! I’ve been looking for these for a couple of years now and I’ve never met someone who even knew what it was
Welcome to OG, you’ll have to be a little more specific about which seeds? a few different ones on this thread I have grown.
OG got a group of landracers and heirloom chasers, welcome to the community
The Nanan-Bouclou, I’m sorry
Welcome ot OG @JDesince ! Make yourself at home.
No worries brother the seeds come from Colorado sativas, shoot me a dm
Seeds you say? I tried growing belida a couple times killed 2 as seedlings and 3 I fought like hell with but was super amazing smoke. Nicely done! I have 1 fem belida left .
@JDesince welcome to the community. This is a very generous community. Take some time read some amazing threads, create your own thread, enter giveaways, and be decent and you’ll have more seeds than you could grow in a couple of months. Please share any pics of grows past or present we’d love to see them.
