It's time to grow some bud, come on along for the ride

I understand the need to do this. One must venture outside his comfort zone… outside the box…. in order to gain knowledge. Its how we achieve …wisedom.

Nah, I started this journey to learn and I will continue. I am not one to give up on a thing once I start it and this is no different. So far what I have learned is what does not work so this experiment is teaching me things.

Give them a feeding of bloom fertilizer 10/30/20 will correct it

How are your root zone temps?

Tent is sitting at 30c.

Whoa! That’s spicy! Thanks for the zoom I couldn’t make out the numbers on my phone.

Personally that seems right on the edge of problem temperatures from my experiences. Once I get past 28c the plants don’t take-up their nutes correctly and they seem to panic which is why I need to vent outdoors much of the time.

If you’ve cruised here before with no problems please ignore this, but mayhap the temps are part of the problem?

It’s usually not an issue for me under LED but there is nothing I can do about it. Tent is in my basement and the Temps down there are in the low 20s. Not much I can do about it.

Boo! I feel that. I ended up making baffled vents for my basement windows to address that but it’s not something everyone can do.

Here’s a quick read I just found for the heat issues I was dealing with on my end when I was getting 28-30c days:

I bought an additional fan just to blow on my lights, to kind of blow the heat up away from the plants and out of the tent.

I have a stationary clip fan blowing on the driver and an oscillating fan blowing on the plants. That’s standard for my tents. With the big drop in outside Temps this weekend I should see a drop in the tent.

Hey there OG. So it’s another day and the plants are still not happy. I fed 6 with the tap formula, 6 with the Bloom formula as suggested by @Papalag today and added another fork in the road. I mixed up and fed the 3 plants on the left with GH trio. So now I have 3 feeds going on in the same tent. I am really curious to see what happens from here. So now a quick pic of the plants from a few minutes ago. Now it’s just a matter of time to see what happens. Have a great night OG.

Thanks @Papalag. I had to throw some GH into the mix just for my own piece of mind, lol. Going to be interesting for sure.

What do you mean by 4 2 1? Currently there are 3 different nute mixes working in there but I am still curious.

So here they are today in all their glory, lol.
