Spent most of my adult life as a trucker driving up north in the snow, never bothered me while I was up yonder. But if I was in snow down south I sweated bullets as these folks just cant drive in it, either running too slow, or all out and running 75 to 80 mph on snow covered roads
It must get pretty cold up by Lake Superior!.. (and up in Cannada & Alaska).
I was working on the Fort Peck indian reservation in northern Montana a few years back, and it was 40deg below zero. It was so cold there was really no moisture in the air, so it almost didn’t feel like 40 below. Very crisp and refreshing
Last February here there was 2 days of -40 and it was wild.
Driving on the highway and ppl saying ‘wtf is going on w the windows?’ As they froze from the moisture on the inside!!!
Never seen that before in my life.
Looks nice. But -17??? I feel for you!! Right now it’s 18 degrees and snowing. Last night we had 6inches and tonight another 3 maybe… hope it warms up a little for you.
You know it’s cold in Michigan when trees start popping. Not that cold yet😀. Just back from camp and we had a foot when I got there melted to 6” when I left.
