Hello everyone! I’ve been crazy busy with work so hadn’t really had time to start a real thread it. Here is my seed run of Jack the Ripper from (obviously) Subcool. The seeds were given to me by @Kushking902 a few months ago, and I had been crazy excited to do this. Came as JTR F2, so I don’t know what an open pollination turns into, but here they are!
Dropped 10 of the 12 seeds and eight popped no big deal, but with a little coaxing, managed to get 9/10.
Then there was a lighting incident. Don’t hang lights with shitty zipties. One of them busted, light swung down, murdered half my plants and then smashed into the tent pole and stopped working , but it was such a great light, I went ahead and bought another.
So down to four. Hoping for a male and three females at this point.
And now here we are! Trimmed everything up quite a bit, and need to put my other lights in for the home stretch. But hoping for smooth sailing from here on out… Oh yeah. Three males and one female
So the whole goal with this was to finally be able to share seeds with all of the incredibly generous people on here that have helped me to amass a collection so vast that I will probably never be able to grow them all. There are lots of people that are going to default get a bunch, and everything past that I’ll through up a wiki for to give back to the community. No idea what I’ll end with as these are #1 my first photos and #2 my first attempt at seeds! So I’ll do my best to get them out to as many people as I can. Because that is what OG is about

Yeah, I used some little crappy ones I had in the junk drawer instead of just walking out to my shop and grabbing some “real” ones that are actually rated to hold weight, so it was my fault for being lazy.
Thanks buddy! I’ve gotten pollen from several members on here that I had planned to try out if I got all females, and I’ve worried about trying that out. Go through all the time and effort to carefully hand pollinate everything only to find out you did a bad job storing it, or maybe it sat in the mailbox too long on a hot day, or the post office took way too long to deliver it, or any other things that could have happened! It’s a bummer because you just don’t know until it’s too late! Good luck to you as well using a live male! I feel like that it has to be easier I’m just going to pop on a bunch of fans in the and let nature take it’s course!

Looks good man! 3 males to one female. You will just have to bump the stock on each of the males till they stop throwing pollen and that one female will produce!
