So far so good we’ll see if we get a swing in a month

They just scream over watered under fed to me

Also any thoughts on cloning plants in this state can it be done?

Also just picked up a bag of coco plus perilite so oh boy here we go lol

What kind of nutes are you going to use

Both sunleaves and nectar ISS in coco nectar and ISS in coco sunleaves

You can try but they really need to be in good health, you might get a couple to take if you mist some water with a small amount of nutrients in the water on them now and then. Never mist just straight water on clones it will make them use up valuable energy reserves in the leaves.

The light nutrients will help keep their energy going while they develop roots.

Thanks for you knowledge @Shadey i figured it would be a challenge ima just wait and see what happens

Also i only got 5.8 oz from last run

Got a plan just gotta follow it idk what happened i been all outta sorts so it’s time to do i this either I’m going to mix my gaia mania with sunleaves or give gaia alone on it’s own day to keep the balance

Hey @Shadey was it you pushin me to go towards no till? I feel like you and some others and i said yeah let me get there…….well I’m there

I wanna build a soil that will naturally balance the pH
I was thinking
PEAT
COCO
Perilte
Earth worm castings

i like the direction you are going. other things i would consider adding.

gypsum, a must have in your pantry
DE, also must have
garden lime, not too much in your mix, just enuff to offset the peat.
epsom salts, some will say no, but i say yes
a little one shot, and you have the soil i make on the regular.

simple soils seem to work very well with nftg for me. the more i complicate things, the worse they get. i embrace the herc, and try to let the worms do their thing

I used a similar mix to that just with promix, I also amended with blood and bone meal… it takes a bit of time to get the mix down right

Well it was a suggestion quite a while ago, to try and save you some money and make life a little easier growing, but that was when you were using about 7 different products through your grow cycle. Now you have dropped a few you have made it a little less confusing and easier for your self, but I still think no till is superior to bottle feeding them.

When you start looking at fruit and vegetables that are organically grown and the diverse enzymes, terpins, phyto chemicals and bacteria that communicate with our immune systems and hormones that promote health are not as prolific in salt based fertilizer grown fruits and vegetables, because the soil bacteria is so low using these micro nutrient fertilizers, and I would hazzard a guess that it’s the same for weed if you’re looking for more than just the buzz.

my water is my biggest issue right now so i figured a soil that balances itself would be a solid option or would everrything just happen all over again

The contaminants are still there, and yes they will affect the grow just might take longer to see the effects

What is wrong with your water?

his water now looking at it is not that bad, running 7.2 or so…should be not much of a problem.

You say my waters not bad but i had two plants soil ph range at 8.0 the rest were 7.3 and they’re not eating

They’re coming back but yeah

The water has been a constant and i always get this swing up

Don’t sweat it bro. you got ph high, set your feeds low. 7.2 is not outrageous, but i would not put 7.2 water in my soil pots, ever, unless it was an emergency. 6.7 is the highest I would go, especially with a soil that is not truely LIVING. True alive soils, that are aged, and tweaked can buffer most any ph water.

regular ole’ soil in a pot cannot handle constant high ph water. especially with nftg, 6.1-6.3 in veg, and 6.5 main part of life, and 6.8 the last 3 weeks.

Have you read the book? Do you do slurries?

I can help
