I can’t even picture this. There should be some special common sense/safety enforcement unit for stuff like this. They catch you doing dumb shit like that and depending on the severity of the dumbness or accumulated strikes you lose the right own power tools/perform work like that.
That means they take his sawzall (maybe the hedges too) and there’s some iffy things I’ve seen online they could respond to as well. Ever see the picture of people in a pool and they have a power strip floating on a sandal and shit plugged into it? I saw a picture of a car where the front end was somehow being held up (momentarily anyway) by a wicker laundry basket.
