JustANobody's Neck Beard Basement Grow

Nope, I am keeping blumat for soil only. If it works well I’ll use them in the garden and set up a big drip system outside. If I hate coco, I’ll stick to blumats inside and sell the coco setup.

It’s more just for a vegetable garden so I might make a few posts here if I go that route.

I’ll definitely be paying attention. Coco always gives me issues. But I got hydro down perfect… I put all my clones in coco to try and slow them growth down a bit , so far they are still alive.:joy: :v:

Lol that’s the first time I’ve heard of using coco to slow them down!

It’s just slower than straight hydro. But keeps me where I don’t have to much difference in taking care of them and potentially still go hydro :v: I’m thinking once the roots build up enough in the pots and encase the coco I could pop them out and right into a net pot. The pots I have for my keepers are slightly smaller than net pot baskets. I can drop a thin layer of hydroton on bottom set root ball shaped like the net pot ( just slightly smaller ) and pour a layer hydroton around the outside of the rootball. That’s the thought anyways… see how it works

Yes. For me coco is slower form of hydro. My trough plants a 5 foot bushes 3 months from seed , 1 month into flower

My brother does commercial coco drain to waste. Just like the flora flex kit I have but they use fabric pots and different drain trays. For them it’s easier , a little less maintenance, but I can grow plants bigger ,faster in the trough system which is old school NFT . Never lets me down with results. I’m gonna make a bigger system, for about 200-250 $ I can build a setup of 2 trough systems, . 2- 27 gal res with single trough each, 8 foot trough 4 plants total of 8 bushes :joy:

My buddy brought over some of his outdoor and some seeds he made. He gave me some ethos crescendo rbx1. That is some good shit. I may need to take a look at ethos. Does anyone have any experience with the strain or breeder?

Local dispensary had his crescendo for a while it was very nice smoke some folks seem to dislike him there was some drama about him abusing a dog but idk what’s true

And I later heard his ex was just trying to smear his name but I don’t know enough about it to judge in any direction, but his crescendo I’ve smoked a good bit so I can vouch for that at least !

Fine, I’ll just grow the crosses he made. The dad was a White Tahoe Cookies cross from my buddy the Calicaveman and then 3 different moms. I’ll have to go see what they are.
