Shaboom! Flipped to 12/12 yesterday. The middle plants were a week behind the others in showing their bits before transplanting them into the Octopots. They sure took their sweet time for preflower indicators to show up, especially the Afghani.
First time growing in a coco mix and I’m loving it. Just using filtered municipal water and Sensi Grow A+B with Cal/MG; all mixed at 25% strength at 6.4PH. Firm believer that water is a key component of quality. In the winter, it’s at its best; crisp, sweet, and soft.
When changing out the LST clips, snapped one of OR#1’s shoots. Sounded like a glass cane snapping (it was very loud). Twas dangling by a bundle of fibers. Call me impressed with her recovery over the last week.
Now for the scents…both Original Recipes exude light charred applewood with sweet carrot. Afghani #1 exudes a sharp, burnt tire, pissy smell. Reminds me of Salvia. Space Berry #1 giving off leather, tabacco, and a hint of achiote. SBelts x (Pablo’s Revenge x Black Velvet) #1 piss and marker. SBelts x (Pablo’s Revenge x Black Velvet) #2 is giving off a funky playdo smell (reminds me of an old pub in Bristol that had ships ladders between each floor. Super fun to slide down, but dangerous when shitfaced).
