Seems like more hype from MMS. Clearly this is just an attempt to get himself and his brand back in the media.
Use daddy’s money to buy an exclusive landrace and then fem it so it can’t truly be saved and preserved. Honestly Irrazin is coming off as money hungry over truly caring about preserving this strain if he is allowing this to happen.

Reading the descriptions on DC makes it even more clear this is just a hyped cash grab by all involved. Spends so much time talking about how it’s unique and never before seen and trying to sell it as something special.
I have my money on they bought some Paki seeds and found a mutant and conspired up this stupid story and that’s why they are only fems, cause it was a single mutant and not a special landrace line like they claim.

Just when I think I can’t get any more cynical… I am going to do what I can to fix this, even if it kills me.
I’m also finding the pricing super interesting on a lot of the landrace preservation lines. It seems like you could preserve more seeds if they’re priced under ten dollars a seed. I’m not a business type, though, so I am probably just missing something, I’m sure.

For landrace seeds a dollar or two per seed seems more reasonable. That gives the grower a better chance of finding a stellar plant, and when people start finding Stellar plants, they tell other people about that landrace. Something like that would really help Preserve landrace’s.

I’m getting there soon for the Tora Bora, Baharak and Beldia my brothas. Unfortunately, there was a house fire nearby on the 27th that was a little shocking because I made it into the house before the occupants were out. They were only able to save themselves and two of their 3 vehicles, but beside one cellphone, no other personal property. I grabbed a hose and tried to put flames out through a bedroom window, but it was already in the attic. Over 10-15 minutes the house crumbled in flames right in front of my eyes. I’m already a nervous person and it’s got me a little shook.
The 80’s Firebird just needed a new convertible top and windshield. It wasn’t moveable as the two front tires were off and the battery was not hooked up. A Silverado burned too, so only 2 of 4 vehicles were saved. Water and gas are off and they asked me to cut and cap the lines because the valves are not working.
Gas line just pops up out of the floor from under the house. Any advice guys? @Instg8ter or @TheShowMeHomie maybe?

Is there a piece that’s threaded so you can avoid actually cutting it? I’m no gas guy but I know it’s just a threaded plug they use to cap them my house has several

Take it apart at the union and salvage an end cap and use pipe dope or yellow thread tape, test with soapy water…

when i was in the Coast guard i had to fight fires, personally going into a fire was the scariest thing i have ever done. Tejas is right, takes a special some one, they were lucky you were there.

The couple are friends of the family and were my Mom’s classmates in High School. Of course it’s such a small town that everyone knows them well. I played football with their son and they would visit my grandparent’s home during the holidays. Dickie is one of the funniest people you will ever meet and Viola is a sweet, kind and loving person who makes you feel like you’re her own child. They are doing okay and plan to rebuild. When I asked Dickie yesterday how he was doing, he started flexing his 
biceps.
On a positive note, Turkey’s almost done!

Meter is shut off. Just want to be able to remove the plumbing before they bring in a loader or something and tear it off. Water is coming from a well, but this valve just isn’t working. The pump at the well needs to be on to supply another house. 1/2” pvc. Just put a new one or cut & cap for now? @YoBigdaddy Thanks my OGeez!!!

If you can get that handle off there is washers you can replace or replace whole valve stem.you can replace guts instead of whole valve. Good luck
