Looks like we missed it. Sad thing too cuz it went for $70, I’d have bid 80 in a heartbeat.

Check this out tho:

This is also available from the landrace mafia on Instagram. I also recommend Trident Seeds, which is part of the landrace mafia , irrazanig, from indian landrace exchange, cocogenes, and any others I’d forgotten you will be led to by following these guys. Some of these guys deal with unworked wild landraces, and sometimes they have worked landraces. If I had to guess I would say cocogenes is the collector, and the other guys pick selections. If I haven’t mentioned Khalifa genetics in this thread, I would recommend him as well, but I’m not sure if he’s on Instagram or not. I screwed up and this was in regards to that Kali Ram hashplant pictured above. The guy growing these plants in the Himalayas Has a Field up above Malana Village. About a thousand feet higher. He’s been selecting for dark colors for years and years. No tourists are allowed in his patch. Edit… I forgot to mention they are no longer sending orders out due to covid. However, I was able to get in on the last shipment and I have 20 of these coming to me soon. I also picked up the new Hindu Kush strain baharak , and some of the Wailing Valley. It’ll take some time for me to get to these, but I’ll be sure to do a preservation run and pass some of these seeds out when I do.

I’d love to get my hands on a few seeds of the acupolco gold and columbian gold . Growing ace Panama red, morrocan beldia Kiif, Purple Thai and MTF for transplant outdoors. Great list you have, just starting growing landrace here. I doubt I would have anything that interests you.

Those are all Afghani’s from local areas and most are named for the towns/villages they are grown in.
I’ve grown a few of those before and they all can be sizeable plants and don’t mind the dry summer heat.

I’m giving it a try right now… or something very similar based on what I have. 0.25g of TM7 (humic + chelated micros) and 0.2g of Maxicrop soluble kelp into 0.5gal of water. Soaking 2 more Leb27s, because they germinated slowly and are being very slow to sprout in rooting cubes.

Dady 16 since seed drop: ended up 8 out of 11 viable. 2 MTF duds, 1 Mystery plant and a Panama Red Runt that’s going to be held back a grade.

Lineup is now
2 - morrocan beldia in the lead
2 - mystery plants just behind
1 - MTF
2 - Ace Reds slow and steady just behind
1 - purple Thai (4 week lead, 3 days in flower and stretching pencil thick green and purple tops and secondaries) boy or girl??
This is my first run from seed, don’t want to work these more than one or two tops and let them express themselves.

How long should I let them veg??
Usually let my clones go 3-4 weeks of hard training before I ease them into flower.

Yes, I will keep that in mind as I have some 20+ year old seeds of some very rare Acupolco gold that has been preserved by an old farmer since the 60’s that passed away, I only have 11 seeds and would like to get as many to pop as possible to preserve this strain…

Well a little update here. I soaked the Leb27 for 24h and got bupkus, same as before. I’m taking the seeds out of the mixture for 24h this time, and I’ll soak again for another 24h tomorrow in a wet/dry cycle.
