Landrace strains for Canadians

I am on the east coast of Canada. I like Sativas over Indicas.

CanuckistanPete,
is that a Sativa or a hybred mostly Sativa?

Fuel,
are you saying those landraces grew to the end in a colder climate?

It was probably 50/50. Grew that in a swamp…it practically refused to mold.

To be accurate 45° North zone.

Now you have to known pretty well the battleground (like with all others strains in fact) and where the sun is hitting both in March and in November. For early sow, a very active compost “carrot” that is circled with anti-roots barrier for bamboos work well. You top that with a cheap bag of soil, you protect the surface (with the bag because you’re a cheap punk ^^) and it’s enough to deal with spring ice (in alps at least).

Both strains give 5 meters plants when they are happy. And they strictly don’t give a fck to grow in high RH conditions. If you pass April, cold is no longer an issue too. I will try to find old pics posted in old web places, but i don’t promise anything at this point ^^

Canadian Crinkle clone only. Outdoor uk. Some yrs ago. I sent the clone to Mephisto before I lost it myself. They made some crosses with it.

Crinkle is a great strain. It’s one of those I wish I’d kept. Bullet proof outdoor.

@CanuckistanPete,
I tried much of last winter find it but it was too elusive. I did not think any had it left.

I highly recommend Sinai from TRSC

Some plants are semi-auto and all of them finish quick, even the ‘Durban’ pheno.

Durban Poison is at least 50% Skunk, which is known for molding pretty bad up north
