So far me breeding attempts seem to be fine and fairly vigorous in veg. The seedlings start with a bit of leaf curl but quickly grows out. Most likely the space queen genes coming through from the loco cookies:

Week 8 for my main grow. Was on the way to my best run yet but our power utility company said fuck that…we’ve got rolling blackouts now. Spending everyday trying to get around it but there’s a good chance I’m heading for herm city…

Sorry to hear about the black outs man. More darkness, shouldn’t hermi them, as long as the on time stays the same. I hope… I could be wrong though
The blackouts are for 2 hours at a time. Sometimes it’s in the middle of the “day” hours for the flower room. Today they will get only 8 hours of light with blackouts happening at the beginning and end of the cycle. It’s all over the show and a previous grow hermied from it so just expecting the worse.

Weve been off too… erratically too… every time the blackouts come the cables and transformers get stolen. Vodacom had lost power to a lot of their towers so they put in batteries but by yesterday all the batteries were stolen. We’ve been off longer than we’ve been on. Gonna have to start moving the indoor plants outside in the day now. Fucking uselss government we have

We were off from 8am till 12.30pm. Then off again at 2pm till 5pm and we’ve just been cut off from now till 12.30am
Apparently we’re now stage 6 because Madupi power station has broken down and apparently all the coals wet too… what a time to be alive

Yeah everyone’s like what the fuck is stage 6?? Been costing a solar setup but unless I win the lottery that’s not happening anytime soon. And generators are too expensive to run too.

Yeah saw that like wtf? Stage 8, 13 hours of no power. Trying to figure out when and how long the power will be out for stage 6. Some places its 4 hours others are 2:30.
Our stage 4 is 4 and a half hours
