Sorry, I’ve had multiple herming males in my two last projects so I tossed it all in the bin and I’m up and running yet again. The current project is pretty much a seed increase of one of my own lines, Chem Core, it’s Amnesia Core Cut S1 x C4DDD.
The outcome was a Chem infused stretchy hybrid with a strong daytime smoke. The Core Cut male I’ve found have stood against all my herm tests and are 100% stable. Why it’s so important to me that he’s stable is because of the 10 Core Cut S1 seeds I grew out I only got 1 stable, non herming female. The Chem Core female used in the seed increase is also herm tested and are 100% stable. I selected her because of her Amnesia aroma and thin leafs, opposite to the phenotype of the male.
I also chose to make some hybrids with the Core Cut male and selected some of my squat cut I’ve collected.
- The Pedigree(Bruce Banner #3 x Savage Hulk) #1, this female is over a year old and she got zero stretch with a strong strawberry aroma, I thought that it would be an interesting idea. So my hope for this cross is to tame the stretch while increase the complexity of the terp profile.
- Granddaddy Purple(Ken) #2 and #6, these females are great, stable and both with medium stretch. But both with different aroma profiles. #2 is more towards fermented fruits and #6 is more towards Grape/Cherry candies. My hopes for this cross is to tame the stretch and increase the complexity of the terp profile.
- Dragon Drip(Swazi Dragon S2 x C4DDD) #2 and #3, both are x3 as vigorous and big as it’s friends. Both are a complex mix of sweet(not candy sweet), garlic and general Chem terps. The Chem D really came out strong in this cross. My hope with the cross to Chem Core is that the very girthy stems of the Dragon Drip will be dominant in the cross and that the Chem D terps will be even more prevalent.
My next project after this is the Purple Urkle project and I will start to flower this project next week.
