First thing on the list is a seed co-op run with the limited run of temple Flo that @buckaroobonsai has gifted to the run. After that I will be looking to do some more breeding. If that Temple Flo turns out to be stellar I will be using that make some F1 seeds with my Chemdog, Divine Gelato, Melonade, and my own clone creations. It should be pretty exciting.

I was reading that

Just thought I’d give my 2 cents on what I’d do with it

I’m sure the tempo flo will be killer

Nice plant @royal. Do you have any of her gene pool around?

one of the nurseries I get my clones from has an elite cut I was thinking I would grab and grow two clones next season.

@ColeLennon Those look nice. So does that blueberry muffin. Is that the cut you have in the gauntlet?

I wonder if thats from DJ Shorts original offerings, or some of the stuff his kid is selling now

This looks like a really good phenotype, looks like it still holds quite abit of the mexican thai side.

If your talking about the Metal Haze x Flo I think that’s some hobby work from members of the forums and not an official release from DJ or JD through his Second Generation Genetics brand. It looks incredible though, doesn’t it! Those flo and blueberry types when crossed to long flowering sativas like haze really seem to put out some beautiful progeny. I always enjoy seeing them when people post their stuff online. Much love

I had heard that you can still buy DJ Short Blueberry (and I’m pretty sure I have seen them at a seed bank or 2), but that the current blueberry offerings are not the same as the original beans that he put out. I am sure what they offer now is great in its own right, but I was/am searching for nostalgia.

Since packs are limited, it would be cool if you could mail out cuts of anything you dont want to keep.

So many times ive found myself wanting what other people deem undesirable

Here’s an F5 Flo male I used in 2018

I crossed him with boel Hawaiian and he made this, which is one of the most blueberry smelling plants Ive encountered (and i grow BB seeds every season)

So if it were me and I was going to try and preserve the original seed stock I would flower a bunch and keep all the males and females and do a big open pollination. Then start hunting through what you find there to start narrowing in on what you like and breed those together. That ought to give you the library to hunt through the original genetics for years.
