60 minutes at 15psi and I just use foil tops for the cakes so you’ll be fine there, wont blow off or anything

For cakes no… For wbs jars the foil just covered the top to keep the jar from sucking in wet air while pressure cooking.

Absolutely. You haven’t read the Mushroom Growers Bible, have you? Use rye berry, popcorn, or birdseed for bulk spawn. . PF tek is too much work and for beginners. Soak some popcorn with some coffee grinds and gypsum overnight, then sterilize. Simple and popcorn is cheap as hell.
