Thick brother thick
Black krim?
Yeah and cherokee purple
Kinda cool to roll through life not being a jive ass liar. It must suck to be some of you clowns.
You can bet your sagging ass on it
I have always found you to be an intelligent human being. Thank you for that. Its a fuck of a situation to be surrounded by fucking idiots.
I used to grow to sell at the farmers market. I loved the black krim but they didn’t yield much. Great flavor though. Ran the Cherokee purple one year and said never again after that. They were the most calcium hungry variety I’ve ever dealt with. They produced well but i was constantly having to supplement with calcium chloride. Lost most of my production to blossom rot. Black krim, mortgage lifter and arkansas travelers became my go to varieties because they tasted great and were pretty reliable.
Yeah trichome density doesn’t have anything to do with normal physic maybe biophysics Parochial is made up nonsense from what I can tell.
I’m not sure I understand, are you stating you use DH breeding by the way. I was under the impression you using Open pollination to preserve the genetic variation hence your low keeper rate but large variability. It is possible at home but difficult. These techniques you’re talking about everyone should know are considered the unconventional approach to breeding. Maybe we should use transgenesis too. If you use DH breeding you will narrrow the genetic profile especially when influenced by abiotic and biotic factors is it not better to have adaptable traits so when it changes nurture it will not respond the same (abiotic/terroir/etc)
Home breeders have been preserving the cannabis genetics for years through small pool. Recombination/Germplasm so it’s wild just assume weed be better without that. Most methods are what I know as the Conventional Approach.
I allowed myself to be triggered by arrogance again. Last time my post was flagged and I like chilling on OG so I’m gone. Loudest person in the room and all that. Peace.
Illiberal, narrow in scope, insular
We didn’t begin to use parochial in its “narrow” sense until the mid-19th century.
Up till then it referred to parishes. Befor that paroikos, greek for stranger.
Area or region as in a population.
Bigoted is also a synonym for parochial.
Now find parochial in relation as a describer for specifying a field of study.
Now search plants and physics, anything cannabis physics.
Physics in trichomes, physics roll in botany.
It would likely fall more into plant physiology. There are no scientific journals.
He literally said get a slicer slice of a trichome and physical measurement are physics. Then defended that position while talking down to people. it’s straight physics. If you want to study plants don’t go to school for botany. It’s physics now.
It’s like saying mechanical engineering is biology because biomechanic engineering.
Safe travels everyone. Apologies for the interruption.
Even more important, these resins also have a sweet, clear, psychedelic high– not a muddy, cloudy, downer stone, like bunk seeded Colombian. Even though Colombian can be strong, most is not a pure high. It’s just a stone. One of the troubles with Cannabis indica is that often the plants were cultivated for hash alone and the plant can be quite leafy, though still very gooey and potent, since what many overseas hash farmers really wanted was the resin heads from their plants – because they didn’t smoke the flowers, just the hash resin. So the plants were bred for resin, not flowers (such as good smoking ganja like Thai, which is what most California growers want).
Those Auto Mothers Sounds fire! I wonder how you made a smoke test plus breeding with them at the same time since they are autoflower?
So how do you explain NL#5×Haze from Sensi-Seeds back in 2000 at least was carrot smelling ? Curious to know…
I smelled it myself, no one told me etc
good question !
finally someone asked hehe
it depend on genetics…
those I’ve chosen are not true auto’s …
while first testing the Cindy/Jack when it came out and some other auto’s I’ll noticed that some keep veg under 18/20h light… the Cindy/jack started reveg’ under 18h and some others but those where not good …
also vaping the seeded bud’s while cleaning the seeds give a good idea what to expect… to me this is the first or final proof it’s good … I’ll always mark the best when making seeds… vaping is the key here … also with auto’s … it’s easy to inhale and gives the clearest high without burn or tobacco influence …
normally i’ll take a cut early and use those for test…
I’ll pollinate all and trash the bad …
with other non auto i’ll always germinate the pack like 10 seeds…
than select the best from smell and by look 3-5 depend…
sometimes only one or two… from those take cut’s and flower those for testing and later if good pollinating with the haze…
here the “auto’s” in 3 grow rooms … also reversed the fav from the run to make auto’s for fun and testing and learning and understanding…
meanwhile those new and better “auto’s” have great potency and lost the ugly smell/terpene from the ruderalis … took them some time … about 10 years to get to a point where it is usable … but to me it’s only a helper to get the haze finish in time here in the north… we need better outdoor gear that doesn’t mold and withstand storm and huge rainfalls… also wet and cold …
last week till today was like 3°C @ night with light frost here and there and over day 12°C with lot of rain and wind… but some light @ the end of the month… going up to 20°C Year… that’s the right finishing temp to produce some thc …
without temp’s over 18°C not much production happen and the strongest strain becomes weak…

Thats a nice technique! I will definitely try your auto kix haze next year outdoor. I am growing at ~53N Germany and have a lemon orange (haze pheno) cut going outdoor (super lemon haze x clementine). No mold until now since she produce small nuggets and is one of the late bloomers.
Looks good
many thx… yep you choose the good one…
those are the winners in order from finishing view:
- LemonKix x OHz
- Cindy/Jack x OHz
- Orange Bud x OHz
53N is not so far
thx for sharing
M.
I don’t explain it.
Correct, this is called a density function in math and a brilliant idea to calculate for it comparison
formula can be also seen as:
number of trichomes / area x trichome head size = trichome density
Downside of this, very hard to measure in real world i guess
But still a good idea to take a close look at.
