@lefthandseeds is a newborn papa! Any downtime is most likely to be related to sleep! Lol. Good reason to pull back imo.
I’m gonna try and keep his spirit alive this summer as I’m growing his Black and Blue Lebanese, and the Black Lebanese.

I’m recuperating from Heparin Induced Thrombocytopenia because a surgeon inserted av graft fistula containing heparin. My platelets crashed, internal bleeding, 2 hematomas in arm where graft was implanted and a big hematoma in leg that was harvested for vein to replace the graft.
Wound vacuum on leg was removed yesterday and nurses will change collagen dressing 3x per week. Surgery was in May 12 2022 and graft removal on June 1st when bleeding was controlled.
My nurse noticed rapid increase in tissue and circulation this past week and recommended that I be removed from the wound vacuum. Rapid increase probably Induced by diet of caviar, cannabis, borscht with beef soup and freshly baked sourdough bread from Russian deli.
I’m still here and hope to be growing again after I get stronger. I’ve been cursing like a sailor in hospitals and dialysis centers because my tolerance for incompetence and bullshit is zero. It clears stress and reduces blood pressure. It ain’t easy living in the pinnacle of healthcare in Florida. Your favorite honey badger is still alive and contributing small monthly donation.

I’ve had something similar years ago, high INR to point of bleeding around the fingernails et al.
This can be quite dangerous. Are they giving you Vitamin-K? What’s you INR?

Taking Eliquis 2.5 mg twice daily. I get vitamin K, iron and epogen during dialysis. Don’t know INR but no blood in urine or stool. Embolism and hematomas were worse threat this time. Initial reaction was bleeding under the skin…went from Pooh Bear to Barney complexion.
