Midwest Growers Unite

Hey fellow Midwesterners! I am looking for some information on local ibl lines including possible seeds for sale/trade and the stories behind the strains. I’ve got a thread going in the Breeder’s Lounge (Looking for North American regional IBLs - #45 by ThePotanist) that explains a little more and includes a cool discussion on regional IBLs.

I am considering anything grown outdoora from the same seed line where new seed was produced each season for the next for long periods of time locally (technically 6 seasons to be considered an IBL). I am interested in finding local adaptation signatures in Cannabis that can be used to help make regional recommendations for growers and highlight important traits for local breeders.

Any help would be appreciated but I ask that you please post in the thread I started (for recordkeeping) but if you drop them here that is perfectly fine!!!

My goal is to be completely transparent with my process and motivations so if you are unsure and need to ask questions to feel more comfortable talking, I get it. I’m the new kid here so not much trust yet, but give me time and let me earn it!
