The veg tent. Down to 3 Cough bx3. Going to transplant the small one into the dead plants pot this weekend. The plant that died stem rotted at the base , never had that happen before. Hoping for 2 females and a male so I can make some seeds.
The Cafe Racer broke ground .
Using Osmocote+ for my base veg fertilizer. Will be adding silica blast and hydroguard to plain water. Once they show sex the female will be moved to octopots.
Not sure what I’m going to do with the cafe racer. The obvious route would be to throw it in a octopot and profit but I also kind of want to do a 5 gallon hempy bucket with osmocote+ and do a water only grow. Have done the osmocote+ hempys before with 1 gallon buckets with good results.
Alright 2 confirmed females on the cough. The 3rd plant did not make it, rotted at the base of the stem again. Idk wtf is up with these plants, never in my life have I had such issues getting seedlings to go. That leaves 2 female coughs and 1 feminized cafe racer. Probably transfer to octopots here in the next few days.

2 in smart pots are the cough bx3. Probably going to gove them another week inbtue smart pots before transfer to the octopts.
Transfered the cafe racer into a 5 gallon all perlite hempy bucket. Layered 6 tbsp of osmocote + throughout the lower half of the bucket. Plans are to water only(with exception to silica blast and hydroguard). Will be supplementing with Jacks as needed. Have done a handful of osmocote+ hempys in the past and have had good outcomes. Want to see the difference between a 2 gallon hempy and a 5 gallon hempy.
Nice grow, that pineapple fields turned into a beast! How’s she smell, all pineapple or is there any funk? I’ve smoked PF once and it was straight pineapple juice.
I may have missed it but how was the smoke on the grapefruit x Kali Snapple?
Pretty much pineapple to the point you wouldnt think it’s a cannabis flower if you smelt it blind.
The Grapefruit was good, your fingers legit smells like you peeled a Grapefruit after you get done handling the buds. I did have the herm issue but they didn’t pollinate anything I could find. Lemon lollipops was the favorite of the people I share with with Grapefruit being a second. The kali snapple was altille disappointing in yield and structure(buds werent very dense) but was a good smoke as well.
Took 6 cuts from the bigger bushier cough and put them in rapid rooters, I can’t clone for shit so hopefully I get 1 or 2 to actially root. I have tried every “foolproof” method of cloning and always end up with bupkiss. Soaked the rapid rooters in a clonex solution and put them in humidity tray with a bottom rez to add water.
Also added 4 each , Bohdi More Cowbell, Bohdi Eureka and dynasy Mt Hood Huckleberry F5. First time using rapid rooters to germ seeds, interested to see how it turns out.
Got the coughs put into their octopots. Day 7 of the pineapple field in the dry tent. Curing In the Grove bags last grow went great so will be using them from here on out.
Placed another seed order. Bohdi Black Triangle, Blue Hashplant and White Light hashplant. His seeds seem to get alot of attention on this forum so I figured I should see what it’s all about. Also hard to beat $50 seed packs.
Nice thing about pineapple fields is very little sugar leafs, if I would have defoliated the fan leaves prior to chopping it would have made trimming a breeze. I’m not even using scissors to trim. Buds are light(lots of foxtails) but dense if that makes sense. Harvested 8oz with maybe alittle over half the plant to go so I think I’m going to hit my 1 lb plant goal.
Already have 1 cough cutting showing roots so that’s good news. Don’t think I will use root plugs to germ seeds again, been a massive headache and only 60% of the seeds actually germinate.
