Short answer is Yes, because cannabis doesn’t produce any THC till mid flower so all the way through veg =zero THC
If we dont get the home licence we should not be subject to the regulations of that licence. I’m sure onem agrees to said limit by acquiring grow licence. Federal law supersedes maybe?
My clones came with paperwork saying the plants meet the requirements for low THC% and are hemp plants.
That’s nice to have opon an inspection… You said you are licenced cultivator, you didn’t mention if it was commercial but Id take it from the 4am inspections that you are.
You should be able up up your plant count to infinity right? @SEMOActivist
I am a rec license holder. I was a caregiver and grew plants for a patient. They have learned from me and are now growing their first plant GG #4. It was stated in my application that I agree to a State inspection at any time of the day in order to hold the license.
I can have 6 plants in each stage of the plants life cycle.
You say at the mercy of 4 am inspections, has that actually happened?
The threat is there, that is enough for me. I have had trouble with the law as a teen and very early twenties. This is Missouri where life sentences for victimless crimes can rain from the sky,
Gotta love the gg4!
I need to refresh my memory for the changes since Rec passed. My medical cultivation license was renewed last December for 1 year so I’ll need to re-up again this winter. I know the med license is now good for 3 years while the rec is only for one. I believe they cost the same. I have been a caregiver for a couple patients in the past but at the moment only grow for myself. Both licenses require you to allow inspections upon demand so there’s no getting around that - though I’ve not heard of it happening.
Taxes are lower for med patients if you shop at a dispensary but I rarely do that so it’s not much of a factor.
Anyone else familiar with the new differences? If you aren’t a caregiver, is the lower license cost the only real advantage? Plant counts the same? Any other compelling reason to go med cult over rec cult?

If only we had voted for this one instead.
This is not the law but could of been…
The actual law defines flowering plants as plants that show the first signs of sexual maturity (preflowers).
The law says we can have 6 flowering plants per patient. (6 plants with preflowers) I have not found a veg limit but I’ll keep looking.
Well I’ll be keeping those preflowers off the plants besides 6 of them of course. It’s the law! Lmao
Yeah. Square feet is a much better limitation than plant numbers. Plants get HUGE in Octopots so I’m only flowering a few at a time in a 4x8 tent. Right now I’ve got 2 starting week 8 and three at week 3 and it is PACKED! It’s easy for me to stay in compliance for number of flowering plants, however I’d like to keep a stable of moms, plus grow out the occasional (half)pack of seeds. You can’t do that right without flirting with the limits of the law - and Missouri’s 6/6/6 is more generous than a lot of state’s rules. Trying to make me into a criminal when I’m medically licensed in a recreational state and only growing for myself within the confines of my own home…
Been really thinking about how the fight for our medical rights in this regard.
They act and legislate as if marijuana as a one solution for a vast array of medical problems even though we have unique strains acting on unique individuals.
Some works for one person in a certain way may do the opposite to another.
If we had one strain that eased all cannabis prescribed medical problems these plant counts would make alot of sense.
The girl Charlotte who was having all the seizures - one strain not just cannabis “helping”. We are so used to being demonized we let them steal the real benefits of these hard developed strains that change people’s medical lives.
“But you, you can only have 6 strain even though you have 10 medical problems…”
Is marijuana too strong for a stumbed toe? i would say depends on that indviduals cirumstances…
To limit the plant count is the same as limiting the patient’s ability to care for themselves
That is beauty of the 2018 Hemp farm bill. It’s not any different than ordering CBD online.

The best thing Trump did
More hands to accept bribes? Or will they snitch on each other?
That THC testing is definitely some bullshit, all the weed I’ve ever gotten in a dispensary is midgrade. Either I’m growing 35% THC or they damn sure don’t have 25+%. Of course it’s kind of easy to cheat, spray some distillate on the bud and there’s your high THC %.
Hello my fellow Mo growers, hope everyone is doing well. Just dropping some pics of my Copa girls rocking it in the 573.
