Mongo’s Stanky Jungle

Doesn’t show anything other than a guarantee that it contains 0.23% calcium Polysulphide

It’s not the same thing, I can’t speak to its effectiveness… this stuff says 90% micronized sulfur.

Cool well we shall see. After a quick spray at half strength all webbing is gonzo and I can’t find any. Now not saying they are gone but they have clearly run for the hills… or maybe they are marching towards my flower room… :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Spray everything to make sure  you will have to wash the buds though if you dont do that already to get rid of the residue. Watch it doesn’t burn holes in your leaves if it pools up, Beacher and I have had it happen using sulphur, certain types of sulphur can become sulphuric acid when parts of it oxidize.

Edit. Maybe that’s what the lime is for to neutralize the acid affect.

Don’t worry @Olbrannon  Flower room only has thrips (and they aren’t bad yet) . And I’m about to harvest No need for any spraying there. I’m only hitting my 2 Veg rooms.

Hola Gang

I use sulfur/lime very effective
However make sure you wash
your plant after and don’t let any
go inside deep in plant or they will
burn them with sulfur toxicity.

it is very good and work like a charm
just have to adjust dosage,

How often do you do a treatment of sulpher / lime if you have mites?

Agreed lime sulphur works for a wide range of shit… mites… mildew etc… one every 4 weeks and no oil foliar like until 2 weeks after… agree also on washing your plants off after… spray and wash off like max an hour later
Edit: do not use in flower !!!

So only once every 4 weeks even if mites are seen?

Hmmmm… ive only used it as a measure against pm indoors and have had great success… i know guys out here that use it twice in veg… it can burn your plant too so i tend to go a little less on the dosage. Think i do 20ml to 2L water … check what it gives as a dose for mites on something as close to cannabis as possible and go with that i guess … i would just worry about a burn or toxic affect by over applying … know what i mean…

Yep did that. :+1: looks good but I’m still seeing a few

Hola Gang

Indoor I usually high mist my plant
in the shower vigourously then let
them for an hour.
Then I will mist the underleaf mainly
wait an hour and rince in shower.
Indoor I use it only once since season
is shorter then outdoor.

Oudoor I will mist them soon
I will mist just before the rain
and will make the solution a little
stronger. and dont be shy and
mist also the ground around.

The Time I did it outdoor did it
only once in the summer about
at this time of the yr.

if the rain dont come be ready
to wash the plant.

I should also mention that when you
have bug you should always wash the
plant in the shower so you get rid of 90%
of the beast. Then apply what ever product
you want to use. Same outdoor with a garden
hose with a mist nozzle.

We used lime sulfur dip on animals with certain parasites of the skin and it worked pretty well but stinks up the whole clinic something fierce. We don’t use it much anymore because of the smell and we have much more efficacious treatments. I don’t have any experience with it on plants.
