I put way too big of a verm layer on. I only use maybe a spoonful of verm on top now.

Yeah, as long as you sanitize. Some people like dark sides, but I found it doesn’t really matter

I never heard of this strain…how big do they get? When I grew the Homestead shrooms they said to pick them before they open up and release their spores. Should I do the same with this strain?

Yep, I like to pick like your pic, right when the veil is tearing. The block I did produced lots of 3 gram dry fruits… A few bigger a few smaller, but pretty consistent.

I think the caps are starting to open up…Should I start harvesting these small mushrooms? I don’t think they are gonna get any bigger, what do you think?

Just the ones that are opening. That’s weird, they are staying tiny. I’d let your humidity drop just a little.
