some dude mentioned frenchy I said man that guy is so full of broscience. Buddy says yah, growing weed is basically all broscience! Guess what? He lost bad in the competition he hheh. So many flowers as well there was purple weed all over the place.
It was hard to get it rolled and smoked in the 10min allotted to each batch. I think this batch came from speakeasy, the LP from rock creek. I don’t think I have to protect the names of the…guilty… because it was all legal.

Live Rosin is by far my favorite extract, combining my two favorite extraction methods in the form of Live Hash Rosin is a bit more labor-intensive but I typically select this method if the input is going to produce a better yield from bubble (looser, less dense material) whereas having fresh frozen primo bud directly into the press allows me to circumvent the hash extraction and go straight to the goods 
Both excellent processes but with their powers combined…

Typically the denotation of Live RESIN is the product of solvent-based extraction like a closed-loop iso-butane extraction typically used for shatter but instead of using cured material fresh frozen material is employed.
Whereas Live ROSIN is a solvent-less process of using the same fresh frozen material directly in Rosin Press without the use of solvents.
And Finally, Live HASH ROSIN is the process of pressing your Live/fresh frozen clear melt through a much finer mesh in the rosin press.

phew yah it was like a lingo convention. Sometimes it was hard to hear if he said rosin or resin! But they were pimping/pumping with both! Extractor dude has vial after vial of live resin and other guy was squishing the live rosin! BHO, Nitrogen, color filtered, freeze dried, and perma frozen. hah hah! Course it was painful the next day they were saying shit like mildew was systemic and use some stupid essential oils to get rid of it. yaaaaarrrrrrrgh! Or how buds grown in a sterile environment don’t last as long as organic. Egads, where was the fucking evidence, then it went to putting crystals(rocks) into your resin vials. fuckme then onto the magnets - oh my. Anyways, I’m not sure where they got those nuts ideas but they wanted to do a guru blessing on the land. Yikes! Now I remember why I always skipped that part.

there were some puffco machines going there, I think some of them may have been custom rigs, it was crazy.
there’s a phase contrast of the winner…oops a small microplastic. Can’t tell it’s origin though, so I can’t say it didn’t come from someone else’s dab tool. Even though that sample was superb, you can see minor plant fibers in there. I don’t count that as contamination. This was a live rosin press from hash.

oh I forgot I did some hunting for males at one of the legal producers, but I forgot to take a photo! Nothing like an entire football field of cannabis to get your motor running. I thanked buddy for hosting it I told him it was the best one yet with the stiffest competition!!! I LOVE THAT!

lol that thing is radical! I’m gonna try buddy’s rosin press. I got some new seeds as well they are just meat breath x head banger. There were lots of crazy crosses and shit they were just handing out for free. I also got a mystery seed. So there are a couple mystery ones heh heh.

I must have looked bizarre judging the hash! I would take a bit of each and rub it between my fingers and also put a small bit on my tongue. WHY put some on my tongue??? I am testing terpenes. When that shit burns my tongue like a hot pepper I know. Terpene alert! lol! I know, I’m basically a rat licker now. I hope I don’t get COVID and die.

I must have missed what competition/expo you went to, sounds like something I would have enjoyed taking in. If you feel comfortable any information would be cool, I’m on the west coast of Canada and sounds like something I would be happy to fly and check out! yah nuts, I’m in the kootenays! It was an invite only event, it’s all about who you know. COVID rules there could only be 50 people. Somehow, uhhh I know lots of crazy cannabis industry people and have been introduced to more nuts people. It was definitely a competition/expo but I love it because…ohh there is so much good weed.I smoked 30 different kinds both in and out of competition. Then the concentrates round, man that shit went straight to my dome! 7 dabs of different extracts, then probably 4 more extracts not in competition…mmmmmm crystals of thc swimming in golden syrup. To quote the ‘guy’ “Those fuckers are hardcore, I love it!” unfortunately, I won’t tell anyone exactly where the thing was or what it’s real name was 
LOL it’s exclusive nature just adds to the insanity. Anyone who was there, knows what I’m talkin’ 'bout.
But also, the magic thinking tossed around with broscience pisses me off. Small price to pay.
When extract man rolled the terps-donit I was fucking sneezing my ass off. I told him that shit really hits you in the nose. That’s when the pain of magical thinking goes away. Takes me to my happy place where nobody can say “healing crystals”

heh heh next year he says they are going to have separate categories for rosin and hash. I definitely didn’t mind matching my melt against the rosin presses, that’s how radical I am. Next year, I will bring all my secret tech to the stage. I am going to start by getting new bubble bags…mine are worn out from almost 20 years of mixing! lol! I wore out my bags and black ‘n decker drill. I wonder how many batches it took? I definitely feel invigorated about concentrate making after seeing all those creamy batches. After about a hundred dabs and reading some more phd thesis the broscience has been erased from my mind. It was a thesis on plant immune response to pathogens

There are a couple of different tech that I haven’t shown here yet. I know it’ll get people’s motors running, I got in mind the dehydrator method. It’s the speed at which you dry it that keeps the color lighter when heat is involved. Yah I know people like to keep it cold but heat can work as well. Not too much, don’t want to melt the shit. Ever pull a melted patty out of the dehydrator? heh heh now we’re talkin’ live rosin without a press.

lol something expensive and brand name. I’ve just been looking around so far! My current ones are “chill out” I got them like 20 years ago or something close. They never contaminated my hash with polymer strands.
