what"s in the picture ?
My new blulab pen, hempy footprint and current flower tent
Dig your setup man wish i could afford some blue lab gear its nice
So, the blulab meter is epicā¦the cheapie was wayyyyyyyy off.
Got my jacks 20-20-20 phd and hopefully itāll help improve their quality.
I enjoy every day in my garden. The nuances along the way make things interesting.
Starting to grow was the best decision I ever made.
It can get expensive, but, wthā¦only live once
@dequilo what strength nutrients do you start your seedlings at?
Iām just figuring out OG. Very new to this pathway. I enjoy the ediblesā¦a learning processā¦indeed.
The end result is no worriesā¦no achesā¦no pain.
Beats alchol .
I think one can function as pretty normal ā¦so as no one really knows u r hi.
@nefrella I for one do not feed anything I grow with a lot of food
unless something is a heavy feeder and needs it
that being said I do not feed seedlings until at least three sets of true leaves
at that time I will more than likely start trimming the plant and feed it
a light feeding a 1/8 tsp per gallon of 20-20-20 Jackās
I have found if you give them less you can always give them more as flushing
soil-less sucks ass
all the best and grow well

Nice Save Catlady and Bluelab!! Been meaning to splurge on their EC meter but keep buying other grow related items, soon though!
This meter has made ALL the difference!
Soooo true. I love my shop vac, would be doa without it, and hempy would not be happening.
I need to get a meter eventually, probably gonna wait till we get this stimulus or I get paid next.
I got this for my new grow Amazon.com got the 602gph one too served me quite well last time. Both make serious bubbles.
When should I top this monster? I want to grow it big, but donāt have unlimited height to work with. And Iāve never really successfully topped/fimād anything, but would like to try.
Any suggestions?
Usually wait to top until the plant has 6-7 nodes. When I top, it is usually top after the 6th node, then clean the bottom two nodes, leaving four nice branches before flipping to 12/12.
A plant will typically double in size once flipped. So, unless you only have 10" of space, ypu have a ways to go before flipping that little plant.
@ReikoX I will have to try that as I have volunteers
I will top at the third node and than clean as the grow below
I run HIDs so I will top once maybe twice more after the first chop
I grow brushes
@nefrella you got it going on Lady
all the best
Dequilo
Do you find diminished returns by cleaning it up so much, or better results due to the buds having the room to grow/air movement?
with plants cut off the leaves you do not want or are not were you want them to be
and the plant will grow more
cut off enough and the plant will grow them were you want them
all the best and be well
Dequilo
true, so very, very trueā¦getting out the scissors later bwuahahahahahā¦nah, I gotta legit count nodes first
