I was hoping one of the stoner scientists around here could give me a quick break of I could expect from seeds (male vs female, auto vs reg). Also any other insight you wish to offer.
On a side note I got one of the cheddar box sets by @hoss8455 and planted some Impure Kush which joined the party yesterday.
That Lime Cheddar Skunk should be crazy. Im really interested to see how the sharp lime sandalwood melds with insensey fried food funk. Likewise with the Dovetail, she just won’t hold the lime.
If it’s herm spawn, it’s got about 99.9% chance of being female. If it’s male Red Angola as you suspect, then most likely half the seeds should be male, half female - though nature doesn’t really consider that a rule.
Pull a bean out and check for maturity. If you aren’t in a rush, let em go a week longer than you think you should. Takes about 6 weeks to cook seed from pollination generally. Better rates at 7 (where I like to be) and even better at 8.
This is a clone of a male plant ( red Angolan). It appears to me this plant has both male and female flowers. I’m new to breeding, so is this possible? If so does anyone have any insights to share
