oh my! Hopefully tomorrow I can get to planting those meat breath clones. Among other things lol! The auto flower is in the green house awaiting it’s date with the X-acto blade!
another blooming of the symbots, lol! I love those little mushrooms, always helping a guy out. Can’t wait to sink my chompers into those organic jalapenos!
Nice! What do you like to use them for? Do you cook with them or eat em?
I stuff em with cream cheese and wrap them in bacon…mmmm I’m drooling already Put that on the bbq shiiiiiiiiiiit, now we’re talking.
ok! I think we have a stable gene here on FLC BX1 I detect no funny stuff. I think it’s day 15 as well, so the danger of hermie gene activating is over. It’s good news! I mean for me! But for the study on the hermie thing…well it means more data to confirm. Now I gotta bloom this thing out and do the tests on it! I would love to get some falsifying data, but it didn’t happen. It did match with oleskool’s results though, so I think we’re in the same reality!
here’s the strange part though… I could easily falsify the stress in veg makes hermies in bloom. I can subject my plant to some total shit, like the deep freeze. Then thaw it out and grow it out and see if the plant that didn’t hermie suddenly does. When I totally stress the plants in veg from past experience, they start to bloom in veg. I’m suddenly very interested in what the deep freeze will do. In the past when I used the freezer in parasite tests, the plants would die back then regenerate and be fine. No herms. Shit! I Do have lots of data stored in that pointy fucking skull.
@HolyAngel you have to check out that post just above this one I had some kind of brain thing here I remembered some experiments I had done to those living soil plants.
OK These are vegging plants! Harlequin and big bud. The big bud reacts badly to stress, starts to flower in veg.
I was looking at the FLC plant and one of it’s side growths was at a weird angle. With this green bump. So I wondered what it was? Looks like a growth tip. I can say this… plant has a strange growth pattern! Bizarre angles on the side shoots.
I got all those pelargoniums planted! I’m shipping the last batches of clones, 6 left to dispatch to their forever home… 4 going today! sweeeeet! Then I can use the rubbermaid for more experiments. I got a good plan brewin’.
You can see FLC-BX1 in the front there. Just a little plant, but chocked full of interesting observations oh and buds… heh heh.
Jesus stopped by so I had the opportunity to question! Turns out the meat breath plant is the result of a LEgal PRoducers pheno hunt through thousands of seeds. Originated in Calgary Alberta. He wanted a cutting turns out the breeding project produced unstable plants that weren’t worth anything. So he let it slip into the trash. SUCKER!!! RING RING, HEY GOT ANY MEAT BREATH!!!
He was right though, the offspring were unstable garbage.
hey hey! The seed gift from @anon93244739 made it here! yay! I think I’ve got a plan to run them one by one and do a hash extraction. And study them, of course! They are autos, so I’m going to plant them in a bucket from seed and let it rip. Just like the geranium. In fact… I’m gonna toss that thing and probably set up the auto there.
@JoeCrowe is running an auto? What a treat to see.
lol yah I hope I don’t fuck it all up. My other auto is in the greenhouse and I got another seed gift from Jesus which are all autos as well. I could make a pile of them and roll around in seeds Just kidding he gave me three more. I think there are some kind of nuts meat breath autos lol! I am curious to see if those are anything like the original.
meat breath are doing their thing, I think it’s time for a re-up on the nutrient levels. I gotta pump them with half the dose at twice the rate
some glam shots of FLC BX1, you can see it has some growth patterns that could be called “odd”?
She is happily blooming away in the tiny ass rubbermaid I use for seedlings. Even though I called it for the thing being stable female, I’m still curious… I should snipe a few buds for a lookie-loo.
nice! We got fish eggs! OR frogs eggs! We got eggs! Trichome caps are looking good. Quite large already, I hope this plant produces large cap trichomes that would be interesting! Day 17 now.
Definitely looking crazy! Beautiful microscope shot.
