Sounds like im atleast getting refunded which is a plus. Even if they would re ship im done waiting 3 months to get my shit

Recently had a long list of seeds come through customs that were all declared and had phytosanitary certificates no problems. Its time seed banks start including phytosanitary and stop hiding them. The status quo in the U.S. right now is that all Cannabis seeds are hemp and are legal.

Have you received a compensation? Mail lost my order too and I applied for the replacement and herbies sent it without any issue

I’ve only had trouble with 1 vendor getting grabbed by customs Attatude seed bank
They see what ever return address they use and it gets grabbed ( that is here for me at least )
Thankfully we have friends in the EU who helps ship
how did he ship it? is it really depends on address or the packaging
They did end up refunding me after some hassle.
