Gotcha. It’s a cool style but it’s impractical for me to keep mothers.

No these aren’t mothers these will be a bunch of seeds I want to run through so I’ll run 1212 street from seed and I’ll throw in a bunch of cuts that I like

Oh that’s cool. I think that Tappy does something similar with pop bottles and fems.

Is that the square white one @Foreigner ? About 18"? I think that’s what I have, but I’m not using it right now. I should switch it with the one I’m using. My plant scene until I get out of solos has been weak. I need to correct that.

Yes but it’s a little more rectangular. If you need an awesome 100w light I think it’s hard to beat. I veg six weeks under it regularly and flower four one gallons when I feel like it.

Great light. Older models don’t have a dimmer.

I need to dig mine out for sure now.

Only caveat is for flowering you kind of need to run stadium because there a hot spot in the middle but other than that it’s solid.

Solocups and a dollarama bastor yo!

I think yogurt containers is as living on the edge as I want to go.

So these?

Nice! looking forward to seeing you do this now or you will be judged by your peers.

I accept the judgement of my peers. Except jug users. They are not my peers.

I like to run 36 seedlings at a time in a 3x3 tray – in 6x6 pots – and give them 6-8 weeks of veg before flipping… I have had seedlings flipped directly into 12/12 yield 1gram to 1/8th before and I prefer a little more of a return on my invested time and effort

Yeah I hear that.

It’s a very cool system what would you consider a quality yield for such a setup?

Im setting up something smiliar this weekend. Using a Spider Farmer 55x28x80 tent, Migro Aray 4 250 watt light, 1 gallon fabric bags. Will be seeds and cuts, instant flip when placed. 18 plants total

It depends on how many males/herms pop up and how vigilant I am at keeping them de-leafed and even-canopied  With a 440 watt led in a 4x4 area I get an average of ~a zip per plant. Some slower plants can easily get overgrown by their neighbors so I trim the leaves pretty readily and cover the area between the plants with mylar for maximum reflectivity but still might get one or two slow growers that only kick down a quarter if they’re overshadowed by huge chonkers :joy: trimming everything except the top three nodes of the strongest branches at 3 days before flipping and again 10-21 days in ensures some nice nuggage and minimizes larf

I ask because it seems very productive in goal and I can sometimes pull a pound and a half from my 2x4 with bigger plants

Productive in that I can run lots of testers, my keepers get grown much larger for bigger nuggs and way higher yields. With seedlings I aim for a wall of nuggets about a foot deep in a 3x3 tray, ~16 square feet once spread out in 4x4. A 2x4 may only be 8 square feed but if you grow them 2 or 3 feet tall that is 16 to 24 square feet of area so you can pull some nicer numbers with bigger plants  but each plant will need more space than I give my testers and I find it hard to stabilize humidity when the plants take up too much of a confined space and don’t want a large yield of nuggs I won’t smoke if they don’t fit my bill

I see. There are things that you can do with this system than can do with mine. Both cool, just different.

@Jetdro how is the Array 3 treating you, happy with it?

I’m an HLG fan boy but after reaching out I found they have no plans at current for a bar style fixture for a 3x3 space. So I’m looking elsewhere for a potential black Friday purchase…

This Migro seems to be what I’m looking for. I seem to have issues in my 3x3 with with no extension for height… the 8" from canopy mention has me intrigued.
