Is there a way one of us can block a member as this idjit now feels the need to defend himself by getting ugly with me in PM’s… My response was, “I don’t have time for you or your childish drama… leave me alone”…

You can always block a member and I recommend this if they are not someone you wish to associate with. Just click one their avatar and then click on it again. Then click on normal underneath message and click ignore. You will not see their content any more.
