so I have cleared a few thing out and have some room which is a good thing

as it looks like I have a very rate of germination with these beans

I will not put a number on them yet but they all had tails going in to the

GPS mix I am using for starting seedlings

the next batch of beans to be planted will be done on March 9 th

I will be planting at that time

I do not know a lot about these but I wanted to support a member here by buying

some beans as i was shopping for a skunk

the C99 crosses should work out nicely with my C99 mix and I have a

G13 x Cinderella cross

I do have a Northern Lights crossed to a Mexican Stavia that will be dropped today

to use with the H.O.G.

I have these I wanted to try Vigorosa Sativum never have heard of it but that

does not mean a lot as I have lived a sheltered life

it is this Jillybean by MzJill as the mother and Sativa Scream by Jinxproof as the father.

so it will get popped with the others

when they get dropped you will get the list and the numbers

Today is 2/21/2021 time for a bit of an update

trying to keep two threads straight is a bit tough for my old ass but I will try

we are in an outside thread working inside go figure

so it begins I have drop lots of seeds but only five of this 7 of that variety is the game

this year for

so I have been doing the paper towel thing and have had a good germination rate over all

some of the beans are older and you can tell but the have grown

with that being said I will have to give a tip of the hat to the Danish Breeders work their

stuff is batting 100 % and growing like rockets

things are starting just needed to dial in my grow environment in for seedlings so I got

out a heat mat and bumped my lights out temp up to around 65 -66 F at the root zone

I did put up a 42 watt LED and now there are two up

so we have babies

Looking good there @dequilo . Do you ever have any trouble removing the plants from those trays. I always shied away from them. I’m a dump the soil/plant out of a cup kinda guy. Do you squeeze the sides a little and gently pull from the stem?

I use cell packs because in the greenhouse trade that is what we did the ones I use

are not real ridged so a light push and they pop right out

I do go to solo cups or small pots after the packs but I transplant a lot, I have watched with amazement

over the years on these grow boards people taking a little plant in a solo cup and transplanting

to a five gallon pail

they will than over water it and want to know in 500 posts why is my plant not growing

should I flush it? should I feed it?

your plant needs roots to give you top growth so in the nice big pot of wet soil your tiny

plant is trying to make roots

hydro is different
