Octopot , clones , seeds , mainlining , grafting and mothers

First time using it . I only did it by hand but I believe a clamp would be easier

So far it does stick ! Seems to be like a smooth finish inside
It was easy to remove the puck

Now you’re making work I need to fine a tape measure lol
Smoking herijuana started early stoned from walking the dog
lol
Ok back to size
Ruffly 1and 3/16 inch sq
3/4 of an inch thick

The thicker the better

I tried the heri first I made the puck too thin so I didn’t get much return plus the heri is a bit dry

The white rhino is much stickier I did a puck at about 3/4 in thick
2 pucks first press picture below
2nd press of both old pucks together gave 1/2 as shown ( not shown smoked lol ) :joy:

Just some notes on preparing a plants shape for flowering
• remove 4 of the lower branches ( they really won’t amount to much imho some do get big but it’s what I do )

• remove nodes from inside out at least the 1 st 2

leaving the top of the branch alone then I work my way up the plant
Not all branches have developed nodes so this is a work in progress
• topping or feming ( this plant I’ll leave natural) so no topping
• I’ll also remove fingers on leaves to expose lower bud sights remember leaves are the power source for the plant so rather the defoliate I just removed fingers at this stage

Amnesia ready to go
The offensive fingers lol :joy:

Froot Loops I decided top

BCSD

Notice the larger lower branches there huge so they stay and pruning the inside

Leaving the top alone

Pic of branch development on the bottom side of the branch ( I removed them they only get shade poor development on some )

Fim or fuck I missed
Only remove the top node leaving ruffly 10 % of the top

I’ve not done this in a bit so I’ll so pics as they
Develop

I feel pruning is essential for the development of the buds
This method allows all the energy to develop bigger buds
And a better growing plant

Taking some clones

I decided to take very small clones and thin young branches

I need to keep them small for now

Leave cuts in water for 15 minutes or so
Dip in clonex gel
Place stem in rooter ( first squeeze out like 75 % of the water before you stick in cuts

I poke the hole in the rooter to open it up just so the branch fits snugly in place

From now on a spray bottle of water and a dome will help them out
Hopefully this helps

Under the tray is a heat mat

Just like that he puts out a pretty good tutorial on pruning :muscle:

The plants look really good paps, healthy as can be. That amnesia leaves must be giant according to the middle finger pics lol she’s a real stunner. I hope so much you get this kind of goldish buds on her, that’s such a great contrast to the deep green :sunglasses:

I use a cylindrical press that needs parchment discs to keep things from sticking. 7g is the average amount I put in, but have gone up to 10g before. I used to have one that was threaded and tightened by a handle, but it broke. Now I’ve got one that you hit with a hammer (rubber mallet) and it has been rock solid.
